Can't use ATM machines after banking hours and they're not opened weekends. No one ever picks up, took me 2 weeks of calling. Their website doesn't give any other info other than the branch numbers and the guy working their "online banking" line literally took 10 mins to pull up my information and told me to call the branch back to add an email so I can set up an online account. Why does this bank even still exist????

Surprise! Surprise! I actually have something nice to say about a bank. I came in looking to open a savings acct close to home and went here. It wasn’t a fun wait or a short one but it was apparently for a reason. For when I met the manager Phillip and heard what kind of options to pick from man did he have a lot to educate me on. He took the time to explain each services provided with each acct and why 2 of them weren’t for me. I wasn’t rushed or pushed towards products I didn’t need he gave me advice like I was his brother. I love how he took the time to educate me on his banks services to make the proper choice instead of one being thrust and forced on me. Go see Phil.

I recently entered this bank to inquire about the services and products offered here and I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager, Philip Tam. An exceptional young man who took the time to explain to me what the bank had to offer. Not only is he professional but he is compassionate and exemplifies great customer service. Banks are a dime a dozen but my interaction with Philip would happily make me bring him my business.

This bank has a business line but is always closed when business customers come. They have very few tellers to help you. When there is a long line and customers complain the manager and tellers state that their workers are off for lunch. I believe most lunch breaks are not at 3-4 PM. Even when the customers are on the line for after a good 30-45 minutes the workers that 'went out to lunch' are still not back yet.
