Today I was racially profiled by an employee *who I included a picture of* today on the 22nd of November getting ready for a Friendsgiving for the holidays. I just so happened to walk into Five Below on 929 Flatbush ave with my ONE PURSE that I use to shop everywhere, to go to school and everything. I never felt so humiliated and embarrassed at any store ever. As soon as I walked in he told me that I need to give him my bag. #1 I never been inside of a five below where they collect your items and I’ve been inside that five below plenty of times. #2 I only had my purse on me so that was really weird of him to ask me to give it to
him. When he said that he needed to hold my bag I replied “this is my purse” with a weird look on my face. I walked in for two minutes and couldn’t even shop comfortably because I was racially profiled which pissed me off. I immediately left and while I was about to walk out I seen someone come in with multiple bags. He didn’t say anything to them but me with my one bag you need to tell me you need to take my bag. Being racially profiled isn’t a nice feeling so I left and recorded outside so I could warn black people who look like me about being racially profiled at this store. In my life I don’t steal because I do believe in consequences and it’s unfortunate that five below hire people like him to racially profile others. I have spent thousands of dollars here on gifts and items and to be treated like this is an insult. Do better and treat people better.

Love this store was there today and they were cleaning and stocking. The place looked great! Keep up the Good work. Cory G, who does a great job. The light skin young lady with the pretty eyes sorry don't know your name. She is always helpful. She works security and the register. The Manager who helped me get my phone case I could never find. The young people who work here are very nice and helpful. Big up to you all for always being polite and professional. Plus you always have the goodies in this store.

The prices were great as usual bought thus really good perfume from there didn't except much at first because it was really cheap, but it lasted really long, ecen washed my hands and it was still there, I don't know if it was in my head but it was a little bit stronger than before too. Additionally, the staff at this location was really warm and overall a great experience 5/5.By the way the perfume was around $6 dollars.

Its not to good bc there's small things like a makeup spunch or a pen for 5 bucks its a lot it could be a dollar and also there is a policy of ppl 18± for age idk why bc no one steals to to much bc now they hide cameras on the ceiling in different spots 1 time a saw a camera next to each touching on the ceiling but anyways they make u go a bag check and it wastes time not tying to be rude but just wow and when i greet them they say nothing and they are a lil young there like 17
No offence btw just trying to say stuff that i don't like but now
I love the ppl they are super super kind nice things even have clothes and makeup snacks drinks skate boreds toys home decor i love it its a mid but not to bad its was way way way way way way better then dollar tree or other stores.

I brought a cooling fan on Saturday opened it on Monday to use in the subway notice the screws on it was loose so when I got home I use put tape on it a few minute ago I tried to turn it on to keep cool n it stopped working
So five below is selling trash n I can't return it because I throw out the receipt

It's always neat and have a variety of interesting things. I love their key chains and magnets. There are also Korean candy and drinks which is soo cool. I guess the prices are seemingly high to me because of the Tarriffs because everything thing is from China. So candy can set up back a penny so be warned

I love this store it's always fully stocked with all sorts of goodies for cheap, I usually shop there for snacks but I've always found other items to purchase to spend more money than planned
