STORE MANAGER AT RETURN IS THE WORST ASSOCIATE TO DEAL WITH. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE CALIMS HIS NAME WAS DEMITRY. AFRICAN MALE, TALL WITH DREADS. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLING TO HELP PEOPLE AND WANNA REPRESENT YOUR ORGANIZATION IN POSOTIVE MANNER. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

The lady in the front greets me every time I walk in the store! this five below has great customer service unlike the others I have been to.

Horrible horrible they target people to check out. We asked if it was self check out the girl said no but the manager said it is optional and he was also dismissive. Terrible its either self check out or its not. They only stopped people with a lot of items. Smh horrible she acted like we wanted to steal. She left her customer to come help when we didnt even ask.

I bought one reusable bag for .35 cents. After ringing all my items the lady that worked there made me click at the end for using 1 bag for .10 cents after already charging me the. 35 cents. I told her that I was already charged for a reusable bag and that I'm not buying a paper bag. She told me that the ten cents gets added at the end when buying a re usable bag. Which doesn't make sense..I mean I don't care it's just cents but I didn't understand to be charged 2 times for 1 bag. Plus as I'm ringing up my items in front of her she double scans everything to charge me twice am I'm like Mrs. I already rung this up it's on the screen .....I get that they're trying to be helpful but at least ask if I need assistance with self checkout. Not just force it

I always love visiting this location with my daughter. They always have unique goods in stock. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and we make sure to prioritize this Five Below every time we visit the mall!

I known it’s Christmas time and I know Kings Plaza is packed but please, keep your store neat. Or at least make an attempt. Plenty of employees roaming around and yet the place is in disarray. The clothes tables in Costco are way neater, and that can’t be easy. Nearer stores equal more profit. It’s common sense. Clothes strewn everywhere, candy on the floor…nobody wants to see that.
