I don't know what is going on at this location but this is unacceptable. The things we seek to purchase shouldn't be all over the floor. Besides that, there's just a lot of nothing.

I always love visiting this location with my daughter. They always have unique goods in stock. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and we make sure to prioritize this Five Below every time we visit the mall!

I known it’s Christmas time and I know Kings Plaza is packed but please, keep your store neat. Or at least make an attempt. Plenty of employees roaming around and yet the place is in disarray. The clothes tables in Costco are way neater, and that can’t be easy. Nearer stores equal more profit. It’s common sense. Clothes strewn everywhere, candy on the floor…nobody wants to see that.

I came to this store at Kings Plaza because I needed to stock up on their disco balls. The general manager of the store went ABOVE and beyond to help me. He went to the back, found their last case, helped me box up the individual ones I had already grabbed and even escorted me downstairs and out front because I couldn’t carry everything (to be fair I bought 53 disco balls ?). Not only that he stood in the rain with me to wait for my Uber. I truly can’t thank him enough and I hate I can’t recall his name (I can never remember the first time someone tells me) but he is the new GM and just started working there about two months ago. Absolute gem of a person. The store itself is clean and organized and all the other employees were just as pleasant. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and will be coming back. Thank you !!!
