Terrible customer service. As others noted, self checkout is a privilege offered to a select few, the selection criteria for which is a complete mystery. And forget asking for any kind of assistance.

The two downtown stores are clean and well stocked but, management needs to work out the register problems. 🙄 Staff is helpful but, most items are $5 and up not much $1,2 items left.

Came in at 8:50 pm, was told by security we had 10 minutes to enter, shop and pay. The moment we actually enter the sales floor the cashiers told us to leave and that they were closed which contradicts what the security guard told us. In addition, according to google maps the store closes at 9:30 but if you go in person they close at 9 apparently. Buyer beware

Every time I go here there’s only one self checkout open and lines get long and employees wouldn’t care to open more lanes so people can SELF CHECKOUT but wants to scan your stuff for you which takes a lot longer please fix this!!!!

Five below is a great store but they were out of a lot and charge $5 for a small bag of freeze dried candies and the items are not organized in a sensible way

Several registers, only 1/2 open then self checkout isnt self checkout anymore as they scan your items for you which causes an inconvenience in this busy area for people who also are on lunch break or in a rush, then they tell you they have to scan your item as if they didn’t already hold up the line figure out something do better customer service is horrible at this location!!!!
