I had such a wonderful experience at the Five Below store, and I want to give a special shout-out to Gina, Gary, and Ava. While the entire staff was fantastic, these three employees truly went above and beyond to help me.
I was fulfilling an Instacart order and wasn’t familiar with where anything was, except for the candy aisle. In most stores, when you ask for help, associates usually just point in a general direction. But Gina, Gary, and Ava did something extraordinary: they took the time to walk me over to the products and show me exactly where everything was.
When I needed about five Fidget Spinners, Gina even went to the back to grab some for me! That level of care and effort is the kind of customer service the world needs more of. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
Thank you, Gina, Gary, and Ava, for making my shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. You are shining examples of excellent customer service!

When i got in the store there was no one to greet or even by the registers. I went to this store to get some Halloween decorations and I was being followed up and down the store by a guy with short blonde hair and he has a slim build, he even followed me to the register and he watched me scan 4 items and after I paid he went on about his job. honestly he should've have been watching the group of teenage kids who were eating the candy or the couple which one of them was on a wheel chair putting stuff under the seat. I definitely do not have any need to steal or take anything from any store. I suggest that he and his staff gets retrained on L&P! Horrible experience!

The store is definitely not for older adults 🙄 it's geared mainly for teenagers. So, if you're going there looking for adult merchandise go elsewhere.

Where you can find everything for your cell phone ? and for the home such as carpet, chairs, best of all, it has coloring books ?️ and also for writing ✏️ also for pets I love it

Inflation definitely hit, not many $1-$3 items. Many items $5 or above.

The toys selection for kids is really good. We even found a monster jam monster trucks that have held up pretty good. They have a good stationary selection. Place is clean and easy to find things. Customer service was good at the register. Would go back.
