Just came to have my business debit card because I didn't receive one . And they told me to wait so 1 hour pass but still waiting and only one of them has a client and 4 other workers just seating in their disk. Very horrible experience.

My mom went to this Flushing Bank because her friend had a bank account there and she was the beneficiary. Her friend passed away last year in August. The employees in the bank were so friendly to her. One employee looked sad as she went up to him. As soon as she started talked to him, he was really happy and willing to help her. She was able close the account and open up her own. I will be glad to open my own banking account there.
