They sell products they don't own and can't ship. I ordered something and waited weeks before I called them to see what happened. Then I went round and round with a nice woman who took many days to finally tell me it was unavailable and on backorder. I canceled the order and bought the faucet elsewhere and had it almost the next day. Seems like this is a legitimate, old school Brooklyn company who haven't yet mastered online selling.

I placed an order on line in November and was told delivery with in 2 weeks and since then today is 3/4/25 and still haven't received the order i placed ( a vanity) and worst thing is i don't even receive updates i need to constantly be emailing them asking for updates and every month they say the next week the next month..... horrible

I really wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing! Had I known there was a 25% restocking fee I would have never purchased from them. I purchased 3 Lisa Jarvis Barre handles which do not match her original Barre handles from 10 years ago (even though they are the same stock number) and now I am stuck with them as I refuse to pay 25% back to this company. These NY companies are such a sham!!!!

I purchased an Italian-manufactured sink from Focal Point because they had the best price from online sources. I received an email from Esther at Customer service, explaining that the item ordered will likely take 8 weeks to deliver, because of its source. That same day, however, Focal Point located one in their warehouse, immediately shipped it, and I received it two days later. I was very impressed.

Lauren in Customer Service was extremely helpful and prompt in helping me return a product that was ordered on my end but didn’t fit. Then she went above and beyond in locating the correct model # for the replacement part for my kitchen faucet. I truly appreciate this help as finding the correct item was daunting.
