Terrible Experience – Package Never Came
I bought a drone and never got it, even though tracking said “delivered.” UPS confirmed the claim and told me the seller was paid. The seller ignored me and was rude when I asked for a refund. Total scam.

Bait-and-Switch Scam – Stay Away
I ordered the DJI Neo Fly More Combo through their Macy’s storefront, which clearly listed a full bundle including a remote controller, extra batteries, charging hub, and other accessories. What did I receive? Just the basic drone — no remote, no extras, nothing but the bare minimum.
This isn’t just poor customer service — this is blatant false advertising. They are knowingly selling a stripped-down version while listing and pricing it as the full combo. That’s fraud, plain and simple.
I contacted them immediately, and their support has been slow and evasive. A reputable company would fix their mistake. Instead, Focus Camera appears to be scamming customers through misleading listings and hoping people won’t notice.
Avoid this seller at all costs. You’re better off buying directly from trusted retailers like B&H or Adorama. I’ll be filing complaints with Macy’s, the BBB, and my credit card company if this isn’t resolved.

What business makes customers wait for the products they ordered while they go through a claims process for a lost package? I get it’s not your fault but you have insurance on the package for a reason you’ll be compensated stop making a customer wait after spending hundreds at your shop. Poor customer service. Look at Reddit for all the comments asking if your company is a scam. Guess I’ll need to do more due diligence next time instead of trusting a vendor that their re-sellers are trust worthy.

Recently, I have received many phishing emails at one of my email addresses (email alias), which I used exclusively for Focus Camera online shop (so, nobody other than Focus Camera and I should have known this particular alias). At least my name, email address, billing address, and phone number have been leaked. The sensitive information of their customer is not kept safe. Be careful!

I bought an activation code off of them, they didn't send it, then made me chase up with a different company to get it. TERRIBLE customer service DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, basically stole from me

Ordered a Nanuk case bundle through Amazon which was fulfilled by this store. It was supposed to come with another accessory, hence the bundle. Never received the accessory. I called customer service which told me to email them. I emailed and never heard anything back. Edit: They saw my review and reached out to solve the problem. Upgraded to four stars.
