I went in one day on a Monday evening, one of the workers who was standing in the front. I asked him for a question and he quickly responded with an attitude and didn’t bother to help out. He felt that he was right when I asked him if they have the sneakers available and quickly was throwing an attitude when replying back to me. He said “No they already came out”. Very rude!

4/12/25 Went to footlocker today looking for some jordans asked employee for size he states that only the display is only available checking to see if any thing off on it due to it being a display manager comes over and states no employees discount on them told them that they had a scuff mark due to people picking them up he states no they are not SIR very aggressive bald manager with tattoos and shorts looking more and acting like security guard tone totally unprofessional even as I'm walking out continued to talk unprofessional to me this is the type of management footlocker keeps SMH Cooperate really needs to take a look at this individual manager and Train him on professional to paying customers hopefully they read this and correct this

I went here a while ago and I met this guy named Alexis, he was super helpful and kind + he sure is very persuasive when it comes to selling products! He’s legit the best ! will be coming back !

The workers are really nice here and they would always ask questions and help you out. They have many options from Nike to converse to adidas to new balance and vans.

No one should support this store with any business. They convinced us to buy a sneaker $140 and if any issue we can return it back we took it back after we learned it was defective the store worker showed us the opposite once they get your money they don't understand what you talking about . We still will dispute the charge with the bank regardless.

Had an unpleasant experience at this location trying to return some shoes. Employee, Brandon, didn’t know how to do a return and instead of trying to find a solution he got defensive. Brandon should be trained in how to professionally speak to people, and lose the attitude.

I went to this store because my son ordered some sandals for me, he told me to go get them, but they told me it would take a week, which surprised me because he asked me for my ID, he left I don't know where, he came back and they gave it back to me I hope my sandals soon!

They have nice clothing and shoes there. Some a bit pricey but sometimes you can get a deal. In the past they had more merchandise on different tables but now it is fewer items. I bought new balance sneakers for 80 dollars it was ok. Black ones for work.
