I have a really hard time finding shoes that are comfortable. I’ve been wearing the same two pairs of shoes for years. When I came in Casey helped me out and offered to bring me a couple pairs of shoes from different brands he thought would be comfortable based on one of the pairs I currently wear. He was super helpful and now I have a few more brands I actually like and fit me well :)

I do not recommend them they sold me fake shoes I went to get my money back but the manager did not let me talk and he spoke very dirty to me just because I have a bad leg otherwise that guy would kick me out of the store I do not recommend them I have the receipt the manager did not want to give me anything otherwise I think he wanted to hit me in from of the people the manager is a very bad guy .they don't help people in the right way I will never go back to that foot locker VERY VERY BAD FAKE SHOES ?

Good items and some employees were very nice. When asking one of the workers a question she tried to make it like my question was stupid. That interaction ruined the rest of my experience. Also, whoever the manager is, please take a eye on the lady who has curly hair with the highlights.

Save your time save your money save your drive. Seriously. Never will I ever come back to this location. I rather support a different brand. I did a return and I had a miscommunication with the male cashier helping me do the return. And the male cashier was super nice to me the whole time and helpful. But when he called for his manager to explain the situation of a return I did. I kid you not right off the bat he was super aggressive! Super rude towards me and he was yelling at his cashier while we were just trying to explain what happened. He was raising his voice literally the whole time. He was really loud getting angry doing unnecessary hand movements. I’ve never seen someone get triggered so fast. I wish I was exaggerating but this man got really worked up. For what though? I even said why are you getting loud? You got mad because I wasn’t understanding what you were trying to say? Look into anger management instead of sneakers.
He’s skinny tall, black got these little red and black braids. Milk teeth.

This particular store 457 86st in Brooklyn has poor customer service and the females always have an attitude like they don’t wanna be bothered I made an in store return in March and still nothing has been processed for my refund I been calling all wkend and can’t get through to anyone phone rings once and straight to a message saying no one can help me ironic this was happening all wkend so sad

I can say for sure that the guys who work here are professionals. Despite the fact that I was in this store before the holidays and there were a lot of customers inside, all buying gifts. The guys were working as professionals, not giving quality service. I am very satisfied, thank you so much

I believe the poor ratings are from the prior location, which I believe was two store fronts over. That location was very dim and the staff wasn't too involved with the customers. However, they got a bigger location and completely changed the layout of the store. The ground level is for children and women and the second level is for men. The store is now bright and filled with employees to assist you with purchases.
