I returned a sneakers here they NEVER credited me, the girl said she will email me my receipt of return, I never received the email, she then went on saying it can take up to an hour for the email to go through their system was giving issue's. All the employees including the security guard were SO rude. I ended up having to pay for a sneakers that was returned to this foot locker.

Complains about the Manager at the 1166-1168 Liberty Ave location Her poor customer service, Her favoritism towards certain customers, ignoring customer concerns, failing to address issues with product availability or stock, Her attitude is very bad Horrible service
She need to humble herself and treat customers with some Dam respect…

Came in today. No one acknowledges you. Not even the damn security if that’s what you want to call him. There were two employees at the register when only one was ringing up costumers the other was just there for emotional support I’m assuming, because wasn’t nobody in the store but me and another person. Horrible service or none at all !!
there’s no price tags on almost all of the children’s sneakers and I know for a fact they are supposed to be there. Remind your employees to be mindful and remember they’re at work. costumer service goes a long way if they’re short staff people need to be multi tasking. No I’ll be right with you or nothing!!!!

Perfect, loved the service, employees were super helpful, i came in looking for some aj4’s and found them immediately and even came out with a pair of aj1 and they were just amazing service and quality, and when i asked for a size they went and got it very quickly. Amazing service in general.
