waited for person find the shoe had to flag them down, they should be doing floor checks to see if anyone needs help, even went to counter and cashier did not respond finally got guy after 10 see another guy he did not do floor checks infact wasdrinking a juice and chatting with security instead of attending to customers . waited another 10mins nobody. left with zero purchase , this was on sat 08

Today I made a big purchase in this store. The cashier behaved extremely unprofessionally. With no response to my greeting, she stood and slowly rubbed hand cream into her hands for about two minutes!!! Before starting her work, she also talked with her colleague about non-work topics. The whole time I stood and waited until they let me go with my purchase. She threw my priority items on the counter, demonstrating her disdain in every possible way. After such an attitude towards the customer, I have no desire to return to this store!

I do not recommend they sell fake shoes I went to get the fake shoes they sold be changed and the manager talked to me very dirty and only because I have a bad leg and if hot I swear that guy would kick me out of the store I do hot recommend them they sold me fake shoes I have the a recipe and everything and he did hot want to give me my money back otherwise he almost hit me right there in front of people that foot locker is awful I hope they fire that manager he is an awful men ...they don't help people in the right way I will never go back to that foot locker in my life ?

Short asian young male was the only one with great service. Acted like a manager (I suppose he was by the way to helped me) I had to try on couple of sizes because every brand is different size on me for whatever reason, he didn’t give me an attitude. Bringing my mom to this location ?
