Terrible experience with Framebridge. I paid $110 online to frame a sentimental shell (with a photo uploaded), biked across NYC in the rain to drop it off, and was told curtly in-store they “don’t frame shells.” This was never stated anywhere on their site, and the staff were rude and dismissive of my attempts to triage. Customer support later ended my chat at closing time without resolving anything. After two bad experiences, I’m done giving this company chances. Poor communication, zero accountability. Don't waste money here!

Always a good experience. They've framed everything on my gallery wall. I decided against hanging hardware for the backs of some frames and used Command strips instead (mistake). I stopped by fully expecting it to be an undertaking, but Jonathan handled it in less than 10 minutes. This wasn't 1 or 2 frames, it was like 11. I was shocked it was free of charge. Highly recommend!

Framebridge is awesome, especially Alex who is friendly, has great recommendations for what would look good with your photo, and so patient working with me when I came in multiple times. Overall a 10/10 experience when I brought my dog and my baby and was offered sparkling water. Prices are so reasonable and they have a ton of options to make your art feel special. Would recommend!!!

I just dropped off 4 pictures/paintings to Framebridge. I was a little nervous because I had no idea what I wanted to do with the art. Audrey was so helpful and had great recommendations. I can’t wait to pick up these pieces!

I love this Framebridge location! The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable—especially Audrey.
It makes a big difference to be able to see the frame and mat options in person and to have a human being with expertise right there to answer any question. AI literally could never!!

Fantastic experience at the Williamsburg Framebridge. Matthew was super helpful when I came in and really great to work with. I picked up my piece today and it looks amazing - I could not be happier! Definitely going back to frame more pieces here.

Have framed here a few times and am always satisfied with the quality. Anna was extremely helpful with my latest frame by suggesting a unique frame and mat combination for our country house kitchen. Will return again!

Justin was so helpful when I came to him asking for creative ways to frame a print I’d recently purchased on vacation. He walked me through multiple frame options, including unique color combinations of frames and mats. We ultimately landed on a frame and mat combo I never would have considered on my own, but immediately fell in love with thanks to Justin’s creativity. Can’t wait to hang this new piece!
