Arriving early for a highly anticipated GameStop release, only to find out that just seven items are available for purchase, is beyond frustrating. That’s exactly what happened at the Fulton Street location—despite being near the front of the line, most customers walked away empty-handed.
A similar situation unfolded at the Atlantic Center location, where only three items were available. It’s hard not to question what’s really going on. Whether employees are keeping stock for themselves or favoring resellers, the lack of transparency is unacceptable.
With the growing popularity of Pokémon products, corporate needs to step in and ensure fairer distribution practices. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of inconsistency and frustration just to buy a product at retail price.

I purchased a ps5 about 5mins ago and I just had to run and post my review. The young lady Zara was so sweet, such an amazing worker. She explained so much details about the console :) and answered all my questions. Thank You again Zara!!

It’s an meh GameStop on Brooklyn NY in my opinion, I remembered that time in 2018-ish when I bought prototype 2 for the xbox360 but they gave me the portal 2 xbox360 disc inside the case which we’ve came back there and asked to replace it to the actual game’s disc, quite weird times I’ve had.

Terrible attention, very disrespectful people, especially the boy with long hair. I bought my Play Station 5 7 months ago and now they won't even let me ask about the price of the Nintendo we asked for

Ordered online for instore pick up on 9/18. Never got to get my order. Been calling the store since 9/18 and no one answers. The line is now giving the busy signal. Called customer service.. they claim my order was marked as picked up. Can't tell me when "I" picked it up and I never got an email saying it was picked up. Customer service says there's nothing they can do about it. So.. I just lost my money? I think not ? now Ima go to BK and it's gonna be a problem.
