Only the dark skin heavy set lady does trading items every other staff is up to their discretion. Ps you be lucky if the store even answers the phone they are absolutely the worst GameStop in the city this particular GameStop needs to be shut down

This location has been given two separate opportunities to have a different outcome. Each time they have been visited to look for a product that is “available” in their system they have been unhelpful, short and rude. Unwilling to provide any form of customer service. Closing the store early with customers in store. Really unfortunate.

Ordered for pickup but the store is not close to me; no one picks up the phone at the store. They took my money acknowledged the order but never sent me another email that it’s ready for pickup. Customer service won’t cancel the order because they said I had to contact the store… I’ve been trying to contact the store all day. So don’t waste your time and money by ordering anything online for pick up at this store.

Every time i come to this place it's closed, no matter what time...
Updated - I had to go to this location three times to return refurbished controller i had insurance on. Everytime i received new one, it came equipped with stick drift 😒

This location is horrible! I pre-ordered a few games to this location and went there 3 days in a row at different times. A sign was on the door saying they had stepped out and would be back and at a specific time. I waited for hours, and no one ever showed up! ALL 3 days and my pre-orders got refunded. They don't answer the phone. I wasted 2hrs of travel just to get there, 3 days in a row. Disgusting. I canceled my pro membership today because of it and sold my GME stocks. Locations like this will be the reason gamestop shuts down unfortunately.

I had made an online order for pickup. I had gotten a notification that my order was ready to picked up at around 1:00pm I get there 20 minutes later and the shutters are down and have been for the past 3+ hours.
Why are you confirming orders and not you’re not even open.

They never answer the phone here. I’ve been calling all day today from 12pm up until now and still not one person answered!!!!!
