I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee today at around 3:45 PM. I politely asked her where the line to pay was, and she responded in a rude and loud manner, saying something like “back there,” while rolling her eyes and looking at me with clear disdain. She was a Black woman with red-dyed hair and wearing a white headband. I found her behavior extremely disrespectful. I believe customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. This kind of attitude really damages the image of the establishment and makes the environment uncomfortable.

I’ve been shopping at this store for a while, but during my recent visit, I was looking for something for my wife. A young lady named Sashawn, who I believe is a manager, was incredibly helpful in guiding my selection. I mentioned that I wanted to surprise my wife but had no idea where to start. After showing her a couple of pictures of my wife, everything fell into place. I apologize for taking all the credit, Miss Sashawn, but you truly made my wife a happy woman. I’ll definitely be returning to this location more often, and I hope you can help me choose an outfit next time!

Great place to find cute clothes and even uniform pieces for the kids. Plus, it's in a prime area- it's an easily accessible place right downtownBrooklyn. Highly recommended.
