I hired Gaudioso to install a new toilet but their plumber didn’t apply silicone to caulk the base of the new toilet. Roaches crawled out from the gap between the toilet and the floor. I asked Gaudioso to caulk the gap but they ignored me, I endured 11 days of roaches walking around my apartment until I hired a handyman to caulk the gap. i paid not just the plumber but also Gaudioso the contractor . If the plumber didn’t want to caulk the gap, the contractor should be responsible. I’m very disappointed.Service: Home repairs

Anthony and his team were easy to work with and very responsive through the whole project. Construction in NYC is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination but Gaudioso's bids were competitive on all the work they performed and their pricing was honest -- no nickel and diming on change orders once the contract was signed. Their workmanship was good, too. Most impressively, whenever any issues came up during the process they were happy to address them and make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction.

I did a full bathroom renovation: floor to ceiling tiled walls, tub, sink, tiled floor, vanity, lighting and all fixtures. I live in a coop building with many rules, limitations and restrictions when it comes to renovations. Because of those restrictions it is difficult to find good contractors to do smaller single room renovations. I was so lucky to find you guys, essional, diligent, courteous and respectful of my home. Their work was exceptional and uncompromising. We ran into some structural surprises and I made some last minutes design modifications. They were so gracious and patient about both changes. My bathroom looks great. I am so happy with the results and will absolutely use them for any future renovations.

I have navigated at least a half-dozen home renovation projects over the years and Gaudioso Contracting was, without question, the best contracting company I have ever used. Everyone I dealt with throughout my kitchen renovation -- from the office staff to the project managers to the day-to-day workers to the big boss himself -- was friendly, professional and honest. I kinda hesitated writing this review because I worry they will be too overloaded with new clients to make time for my bathroom renovation that I want to do next year!

I contacted them about a potential project, followed up and then never heard anything back! obviously they don't care about getting business or getting back to people so look for many other great contractors out there instead!

We worked with Gaudioso Contracting to combine two condos. Even before we decided to undertake the project, Anthony was generous with his time, helping us understand what it might entail. We felt confident in his team's ability to do the job well and complete it within our timeframe. Luis kept everything on schedule, ensuring that we were able to move back in before the start of school. Everyone - from the office staff, to workers and subcontractors onsite - was incredibly professional, responsive and efficient. My family has been hiring Gaudioso Contracting since 2016 for multiple renovations on our 2 family home. I think the fact that we have hired them time and time again for our renovation projects speaks for itself. They do excellent work, are up front about costs, and are quick to respond to any questions. They also seem to take pride in their work, as they well should. We have had so many compliments on the renovations to our home over the years. This time they redid our roof, completed some minor repairs to our rental unit (painting etc) and filled in the holes for two AC wall units that we had just replaced with mini splits. The worker that does their brick work is meticulous. He matched the brick pattern exactly. It is nearly impossible to tell that a huge hole was filled in. Work was completed within a week and the apartment and outdoor areas left clean. We would hire them again without hesitation.

Working with Gaudioso Contracting made my kitchen renovation so much easier than I expected: From planning to completion. One of the many great benefits in working with these folks is that they made helpful design suggestions, and use a terrific local cabinet maker - I had been worried about supply chain issues holding up the project - but cabinets, counter delivery and tile backsplash installations went so smoothly under Luis' (the foreman's) supervision. All the folks at the main office were very helpful and patient in answering my numerous questions. This project was done during one of the many heat waves, and the workers were diligent and cheerful. I'm so happy with the results, the kitchen is really transformed into a lovely workspace. I especially appreciated Luis' attention to detail, and follow-through on even the smallest items. I'll work with Guadioso Contracting again for my next project, and I highly recommend them!
