Good for a 1-2 day stay. Very tiny parking space (only about 6/7 spaces available) and there are virtually no parking spaces available in the area. Right across from the precinct. The room was nice however, the sheets were not changed and the bathroom was spot cleaned. I bring my own sheets and cleaning supplies due to past experiences. There is a supermarket and a train station about 2-4 blocks away.

Just spent 7 days attending a funeral. I love the place. New facility with comfortable bed, great shower. The staff is fantastic! They are always ready to assist. Delicious FREE breakfast with eggs, bacon, variety of breads/muffins/croissant, oatmeal, and waffle maker; coffee, tea, and and juice 24 hours. Thank you Jeannie for keeping me fed!I had a great view of the water. A very nice small shopping center within walking distance, and many more variety of stores all around. Very secure with police substation across (no siren). I recommend highly.

The hotel lobby, elevator, dining area, and my room were clean and bright. Could use a bigger dining area as it was jam-packed when we ate breakfast. Also, the quality of the breakfast food was below average. Fairly convenient to the subway, with stops 4-5 blocks in either direction. Handicapped accessible.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great breakfast options and clean rooms. The staff is amazing! They are super nice, caring, welcoming and helpful. Made the stay all the better and relaxing. There wasn't anything particularly special about this location. The rooms are small, but cozy. There's a convenience store and gas station across the street, but there's also a police station adjacent the front entrance. Not an ideal location due to the high NYPD foot traffic, otherwise a standard hotel.

The location is a little bit further than I expected and had to take battery park tunnel every time had to go to Manhattan, which adds up. There was no parking available at the property they only have space for 8 cars. So I had to park on the street. The hotel is next to a police station. If you're staying over on a Saturday night parking on street ok after 7pm and Sunday there are no restrictions. Otherwise you have to add payment starting at 8am. The room is basic. It is ok, i can hear the highway traffic all night but not enough to keep you up. What I did not like is that outside in the hallway there were evidence of vomit and was not cleaned up properly. I would visit it again because for it's shortcomings they can be fixed and can plan around them. But at least to be prepared for them ahead of time.

The hotel is small with the room being about 9x9 feet with a decently sized bathroom. The hotel has a "Grab & Go" breakfast for free which was nice to include and has a decent "private" parking area although it does only allow for 8 cars total and is a tight squeeze to fit through (not meant for trucks or even larger SUVs). The amenities are nice and there's a decently large TV in the room with an extra HDMI port allowing you to hook up your own form of entertainment. There's a plethora of food options within a single block and even a Chinese restaurant directly next door, there's a gas station right across the street as well. Being right next to the 72nd precinct it is definitely a safe place to stay if not a little loud occasionally. For being under $100 a night it was well worth the cost. If you're ever in need of a hotel in this area of the city I would recommend this as one of your options.

The Hotel just screwed me up. Read this message from the hotel just few days before my international travel from Brazil to NYC.Hi Valued Guest,We were trying to contact you with regards to your reservation. Weregretfully inform you that the property has been taken over as perNYC government orders and we have to shut down our hotel fromSeptember 1st 2022 to an uncertain period of time.Hence we would request you cancel your reservation with us and thecancellation fee shall be waived off.We request you to make a new reservation with any other properties inthe area and/or in Brooklyn. We wholeheartedly apologize for the inconvenience caused.Thank you for understanding our predicament.

Great place to stay during the week, weekends are a bit pricier but thats expected in any hotel. Hotel staff has been friendly, and girl at the front desk has common sense , which shows she is actually smart and willing to serve the community as a business should. I had fraud on my card and i received a replacement debit card which did not have my name, hotel requires I.d to match card being used which is great but she found alternatives and gave me options which was wonderful. This is by far the best hotel to stay at. The beds are 5 star hotel beds for sure, extremely comfortable. Stay at this hotel either your a tourist or local it just makes sense. Express train 36st station to and from coney island Beach or 25 minutes to the city midtown. Police Station across the street so it's mostly safe. And parking is doable if your driving.

Staying here for the free breakfast? Go somewhere else because it’s pathetic. Other hotels have brought back the buffet breakfast with PROTEIN but not here. The rooms are in good condition. The neighborhood feels safe during the day and night.

This was a very nicely kept modern hotel. The front desk staff were welcoming and able to help when I needed them. I will definitely stay here again. Special shout out to the manager who welcomed my mom and I with cold bottles of water and a warm smile. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small but still very functional.

I stayed her for 5 nights and honestly have no real complaints. The hotel wasn’t typically loud or busy, even at nights. Plenty of near by convenience stores and across the street from a PD station. The staff are pretty nice and attentive. I had no problems during my stay.

In the midst of absolute travel hell courtesy of Delta Airlines and the JFK TSA, this hotel was a literal beacon in the night. Abhi, who was at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our 2 am check in and held the room for us as they were entirely booked. He even secured us a snack and some amenities since I had no access to my bags at the time. The room itself was incredibly clean, and well kept, the bed like sleeping on a cloud and the shower had natural products and a rain water head. Breakfast is a grab and go bag to be scooped at the front desk that had an egg and cheese, apple, orange juice ect ect. and on the C floor there is a microwave to heat whatever needed and grab a coffee. The area is quiet with some bodegas and bagel shops walkable distance and the ability to easily hop on the train. The staff went above and beyond for us at a time when it was gravely appreciated. I highly recommend this place for their cleanliness, their friendly staff, it’s comforts and general location. Thank you, Abhi and the Glo Brooklyn Best Western staff!

Great staff with wonderful hospitality skills. Walking distance to little restaurants. Yes there are only 8 parkings spots but it's the city most hotels have 0 parking spots. Get over it. The room is great size for a city hotel with a comfortable bed and amazing shower.
