This is a great company with a great team. Mark is always patient and very informative. I always get the best deals and the cars are always delivered right to my home. I have probably leased about 7 cars and never had an issue. I highly recommend this company.

Global Auto Leasing describes itself as a "concierge service"... NOT. Leased a car through this "dealer" and was treated very poorly. Car was delivered by a kid who did not know anything about vehicle. The automobile was not delivered with the options I requested and when I called to complain I was told I'd have to turn in my car and spend an additional $300 a month on the lease to get missing options, "con 101"! Had to harass them for my vehicle registration and plates (car delivered from another state). When informed that my registration expired was told "it doesn't matter". I could go on and on. Was told I'd receive free rubber floor mats for the inconvenience, never received. Do yourself a favor and go to an authorized dealership. There is absolutely NO advantage dealing with this place. Really bad customer service.

Call this company today at 10:58am, someone picked up the phone and said they were not interested and hung up right away. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. That person should be fired effective immediately. Do not go to this company

Thanks to the Global team I wanted the grand Cherokee Laredo they got me a deal on the limited for 10$ more a month the msrp was almost a 10k difference , I definitely think that their service, honesty, and prices are unparalleled !

Recently leased a vehicle from Morris and the Global team and I received exceptional customer service. The process was incredibly easy and I got a better deal through Global than the dealership's offer. The vehicle was delivered to my house in prestine condition and the gentleman offered to show me the car's features before he left. VERY happy with zero complaints. Definitely recommend!!
