It’s 4:10pm & They Closed The Store With A Sign Saying “Be Back At 5pm”….This Is Why GNC Stores Are Going Down Fast ! Who Closes A Store Mid Day !

Establishment was clean, sufficiently stocked and well lit. The woman at the register, however, was overbearing and pushy: I chose not to give my number appeared to initiate the reaction. Having worked there back when I was in college I understood why she asked for the telephone number, yet me opting not to give it should not have elicited the childish response of "Then you should know this messes me up. It makes it difficult to ring up." Ma'am, it's a cash register run by more tech than your phone; it'll figure out the sale. After all of that...no receipt. Oh the punishment she gave me. 😄 The previous reviews didn't disappoint.

Called to ask if they had a specific brand of supplement my doctor recommended. They confirmed. Drove over, said “hey I’m the one who called about X,” and the sales guy rings up the GNC brand supplement. I said “No, this isn’t the brand I wanted” and he says “Nah this one is better, trust me” as if I’m going to trust his word over my doctor?? I walked out without another word. Fraudulent service, scammy vibes, DO NOT GO HERE.

The store is never open on the hours that it should be open I came on a Sunday and the store was literally closed at 10:00 when it states on the website that it's open at 10:00.

Came to pick up an order yesterday and the associate had this sign on the door. Wait for 10 minutes and he walks up to the store to go inside and tells me he won’t be off break for another 30 min. Proceeds to go over the time he claimed he would open the store back up while I wait in a nearby store since it’s cold outside. Others that were waiting left and didn’t bother. When he finally opened back up, I went to make an additional purchase aside from the items I was picking up that had a promotion going on, but he had no clue how to apply the discount so he wouldn’t let me get it. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s no wonder corporate seems to have abandoned this location.

They do not provide receipts and they’ll tell you this after the product is paid for. They don’t open on time and hang up on customers that are calling. Worst customer service experience ever.

This location always has nice and helpful staff working there.Today I met a young man named Giovanni(I hope I spelt it right) and he was sweet, warm and helpful. I simply enjoyed my experience there today. I've visited a few times in the past when I worked in the area and started ordering online when I left. I walked in today to pick up some Lean Shake powder and it was a pleasant experience!They have so many nice flavors but I love me some chocolate all day everyday lol!Check them out!

Barely any diversity of stock. Corporate seems to have abandoned this place given the staff are being made to suffer this summer heat for weeks with 0 AC.Definitely isn't even safe to purchase the supplements here as there's 0 way any of the products are being kept at a "cool" temperature. Pretty sure all of their stock has to be spoiled at this point.
