Because of GNC cut of employees, the store doors are closed for the one employee to have lunch. Access to the store is not by appointment. Should not have to wait 30 mins for access. There should definitely be 2 people available so they can be correct time for access.

The worst customer service ever. Staff more busy checking their phones than helping customers. This store is also low on inventory, who place the orders for this store? I wouldn't go back here!!!! Stay away!!!

Google says the store is closed at 830pm. I am at the store at 8:12pm and it is closed.

I went to GNC at Gateway Mall in Brooklyn NY today 12/19/21 at approximately 4pm, it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere there was only one guy there no customer but me, he was super rude and dismissive, I see why there was no one else there…. He didn’t want to help me and said it, I’m a GNC gold member but I will not go back to that store ever.

The sign says open at 9AM its after 9 and no one is here. How can the store open after the hours posted? This is unacceptable business practices.

Nice size GNC in Gateway plaza. Pretty much everything you'd expect at a GNC. I noticed for the most part that the associates aren't too pushy like they can be at other locations, definitely a plus
