This place has gone way downhill. I usually get a great platinum clean. Today I’m driving away in a dirty car. Still dusty, smudgy, sandy and grungy. Just lazy. They kept telling me “it’s a clean machine” repeatedly when I clearly pointed out dirt and dust inside and out. After 5-10 minutes of pointing out all the dirt I gave up and left. Sadly will not be going back. These photos are AFTER I paid for the most expensive clean!

I have been using this car wash since the beginning of summer. After 2.5 months, my windshield has two deep scratches inside the cabin. Additionally, the car has scratches from a mop or brush on the outside. I suspect some employees are doing this on purpose. I do not recommend using this car wash, or check everything very carefully after they finish. I am dissatisfied."

Ceased engine. See pic. They neglected to put oil in my engine during an oil change. Next time i went for a ride engine light went on, car drove awful. Barely able to coast to nearest gas station, where wand was bone dry. I had to buy and put SIX QUARTS of oil into my engine. No, I do not have a leak. My mechanic is livid and said my engine could have ceased. Called and mechanic at Golden Touch basically called me a liar. I rarely write negative reviews.

27 dollars for a regular car wash with vacuum and armour all. The car was still dirty the vacuum was not good at all. Do not recommend.

I’ve been taking my car to Golden Touch for the past 5 years or so. When I want to give my car a little self-care, I go to Golden Touch. Their platinum service is as close to auto detailing as you can get, without the huge price tag. The staff are helpful and friendly and really take their time — including shampooing the floor mats! I feel like I’m getting into a new car when they’re done.

This is the first time I used Golden Touch. Needed my car washed after a few days at the track. She was rather dirty. Ovitio handled it and did a great job. I will be back.

Took my car for an oil change and they left the old filter in there because I guess the oil change guy was incapable of changing it. Now my motor has a sound to it I’m returning immediately to see what’s going to be done. They barely vacuum cars and leave a lot of dirt spots and they charge 30 bucks for a lousy job. Just wash outside and buy a portable vacuum. The car in my profile picture is the car they messed up

They always do such a great job with the interior. It’s a bargain for what they charge. They hand prewash it and dry it. My goto car wash place.

when you ask them to vacuum the inside of the car and they don’t vacuum well, and then when the car comes out of the wash they don’t wipe the lower parts of the door very well, and when you talk about it they look at you with displeasure

Been there many times there is a guy name Riviera he will go above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly
