I had a great experience here today. I knew Good Footing sells BLUNDSTONES and I love that brand. Great walking shoes. Other brands here are also well made, like Dansko. Staff helpful and found what I wanted, gave good advice. I’ll be back to this local shoe store!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FIGURE SKATES here to be sharpen. I took it in yesterday and almost got my daughter hurt. it made sense why you have to pay for the service first.They clearly did not use an edge checker at all after the sharpening process. one of the skate's hollow was misaligned. i had to take it to a real skate sharpening place. (skater's edge)

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I looked high and low for a particular size in, a particular color, of a particular shoe and was so happy to find it at Good Footing.I was delighted that they went above and beyond to get it for me.What an outstanding experience.From now on, Good Footing will be my first choice for the brands they carry.

I didn't want to buy from the web and found this 'old school try on shoe store' near me. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the sandals I wanted. He made suggestions and informed me about the differences and I decided. When I received the shoes, they were a perfect fit and relieved I didn't have to go to the USPS, stand in line or go back online to return them. I'll definitely return to Good Footing in the future, they're a gem in this dusty world of retail.

Very comfortable shoes. Stop having hurting feet ! The salespeople may come across depressed, but the shoes are good for your feet.

If you’re choosing between shoe stores, try this one! I am so impressed with the service (and shoe selection) here that, despite not living in the neighborhood, I will return here whenever I want a new pair of shoes. I came here after searching through five other stores for a pair of comfortable yet fashionable sandals for walking in Europe, and a woman working there was extremely helpful, listening to my needs and preferences and recommending various options. I decided to purchase a more expensive shoe than I had originally intended because it was so very cute and comfortable - it’s a small store, but they pick their options carefully. However, a week later I noticed some discoloration on the leather. I took them back, but couldn’t exchange them because they had sold out of that type. The man who I think owns the shop took the shoes, gave me a ticket for an equal pair, and said he’d call me the next day about an incoming shipment. He did call, and in the end he doctored up the ones I’d given back and gave me a steep discount (refund) on them since they couldn’t get new stock for a couple weeks. So I found everyone at this business very knowledgeable, helpful, and fair in addition to providing great options.

They didn’t sharpen my ice skates at all is not even close to an 1/2 in hollow and the edges weren’t perfect either

Very disappointed with this store! The female employee was beyond rude and confrontational. Male employee had told me he had shoes available in my son’s size the night before so I rearranged our schedule before leaving for x-mas break. Only to be left waiting in the store for a solid 15 minutes while the woman was on the phone, then told they had practically no shoes my son’s size at all. She brought out a girl’s shoe, a completely inappropriate shoe for winter and only one that worked. But she just argued with me, was rude and disrespectful then, as a consequence of her rudeness, I became irritated she told me to calm down. I will never go to this store again and recommend others to use Windors Shoes on 5th ave. They are polite and kind.
