That was my first time going to that place and I kept telling the lady the wax is hot, because I was waxing my face and she burned my face. I kept complaining to her saying the wax is hot. I blow it she’s telling me it’s OK it’s OK. What type of business is that and she was rushing, and I always do thread on my eyebrows so she charge me more in the very expensive I recommend you guys never go there. Thank God I didn’t get my nails done there because I was reading all the reviews horrible place they don’t put the heart on it. That’s bad.Service: Waxing

I have been using this salon for years. They've changed owners, workers and when they're open. The last two times I went I just wasn't comfortable there anymore. The male owner hangs around, stares at customers, plays with workers hair - just creepy. I had today off and really wanted a mani-pedi so I thought I'd give it one more try. Big mistake - got a major cut on the side of big toe from cutting too deep with the cuticle clippers, tried to swap out my own high-brand polish (Chanel- and I always bring my own polish) for a cheaper in store brand, left my heels a ragged mess, had to have two nails redone while still there as polish was poorly applied. I used to love this place. Now the best I can do is give it one star and never go back. Truly disappointing as this used to be a great place.

This is a very biased/racist/unprofessional environment. When I first moved here 2 years ago I thought it would be so convenient to have a nail salon right across the street . All of the workers are minority women yet they will sit and blatantly stare at you while one of their other workers is doing your service to purposefully make you feel uncomfortable. I stopped going to them not specifically because of the nail service but because the awkward and uncomfortable staring and lack of disregard is unnerving . It seems they prefer their clients to be Jewish although none of them appear to be Jewish themselves. I do my nails in Manhattan near work where the conduct is professional and not racially biased.Services: Callus removal

I went here on Friday to get a two week fill in for my UV gel extensions, and to change the color. They charged me $65. I usually pay $40-50 for this service, so I was taken aback, but I was in a hurry and paid. Since that was well over what I expected to pay, I didn't tip, and they "reminded " me that I didn't tip and I told them I'll tip later and left, before they could chase after me. Today I called and inquired about prices. They said a fill in for uv gel extensions is $40 and to change color would be $15, totaling $55. They ripped me off. I'm glad I didn't tip. They're close to me, and I was planning to come here more often but I won't go to place that's this dishonest

I went to them to get tips for my nail I spent more than 100$ on nail (tips) and after 2 DAYS they all peeled off I went to a different nail salon spent 30$ on tips (again) and were fabulous and stayed. up to 3 weeks!! I will never go there again the price is off the charts and not worth a penny! I want my money back!

Me and 2 people made an appointment by call but they didn’t have a record of 3 people and were full. Terrible management and the workers were unhelpful.

Gorgeous Nails never disappoints! I've been coming to this salon for years and have only had positive experiences. They take walk-ins but I try to call in advance about availability. Pre-COVID, a Friday afternoon here meant about a 10 minute wait for a walk-in because this salon is popular. Now they have a sign in sheet and temp checks at the door and were able to take me immediately. They have partitions on the desks to safely service customers getting manicures. They have a good selection of gel colors and an even better variety of regular polish by Essie, Duri and OPI. I'll be back in a couple of weeks once my gel manicure grows out to try another color. Luna did my pedicure today and then Vera did my gel manicure. Not only did I feel safe, but I'm beyond satisfied with the excellent service! Thank you!!

I had a gel manicure in that place, it didn't last 8 days. The whole polish peeled off like unstuck floor tiles.
