DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR JEWELRY! I brought a white gold necklace here that had two knots in the chain. I asked them to take the knots out and they said no problem. 5 min later, they said it was all set. I got home to discover they just TOOK my white gold chain and replaced it with a cheap nickel chain that is two inches longer than my previous one and started discoloring within two weeks. Without telling me. Do not trust them with your jewelry.
