Bought a case of wine online. Oddly vintages were not listed for what I bought. Ended up being all a decade old. First bottle brownish oxidated cloudy odd smelling. Not optimistic at all about the rest.

On the night of January 9, I and a group of friends placed an order for pickup, but it was canceled on our way to the store. We were heading to a comedy club, so we ordered another product and went to pick it up. When I arrived, I noticed the product I liked, but it wasn’t listed on DoorDash. I politely asked if it might be available on the store website. The guy at the counter, with a tone like 'oh, come on,' said something like, 'It’s right in front of you, suit yourself.' I asked if I could buy the 750ml version. No. I asked because the store website could offer a better deal than delivery services, and obviously, it's more profitable for the store. I don’t understand why I had to deal with such an attitude, especially since we had just started ordering from that store.

For the delivery service, perhaps if the bottles came in a bag, and of course charge for the bag. Always find it a bit weird when the delivery guy comes to the door and opens up his book bag and hands them to me. Just a thought.

Much easier to use, and probably better for the company if you directly with Grape Hill, instead of using Drizzly. And to be honest, Grape Hill's site was much easier to use and complete an order than Drizzly. Highly recommend using them for delivery if you are ordering in their area.

I ordered a bottle of champagne thru the Uber app to be picked up. I received the bottle without a box, the associate was non chalant about the missing box and said there was one at some point but we do not have it. I walked around the store and exited. while standing at the front, the associate, came out side and asked me to look in my bag. I was beyond furious. I asked her why, she replied you could have stolen something, we have a lot of theft. I told her she cannot assume everyone coming into the store is a thief. I just purchased a $70.bottle of champagne and I am being accused of theft. I told her to call the cops and then I will open my bag. I understand there is an issue with theft but you cannot go around accusing customers without cause. Do not shop at store unless you want to be accused of theft.

Amazing customer service! Kristen & AJ saved the day for me. They reached out to me to confirm an order that I didn't place. They prevented fraudulant activity on my account, and stopped multiple additional attempts to make purchases on my account. It's nice to know that people still care enough to look out for each other. Thank you!

Absolutely horrified by my experience just now. Be very cautious walking in with loud mints in your bag as in their minds it will be mistaken for stealing. Feel free to check your footage and you’ll be easily disproven. What a nightmare running this place- strongly advise against. Even offered to dump out my bag; never in my life have I experienced such a strong (and quite frankly false) accusation. Also check their yelp, other disappointing reviews.

Great selection of wines and spirits. They helped me pick a gift out for my friends wedding aswell and gave me a case discount on wine. Great place and great location!! Will be back!
