I never write reviews but after my experience here I wanted to jot down some thoughts. As a woman who visits hardware stores semi- frequently I’m quite used to the condescending attitudes of a lot of the men that work there. I never go into a new place expecting much from it, but I was quite pleasantly surprised here. The staff were kind and helpful, with no weird vibes in sight. I talked them through exactly what I needed and they helped me get it. 5/5 would recommend to everyone.

These guys are clowns they think they own the whole entire block by the loading zone. They shouldn’t be putting notes on peoples cars.

i love this place, will not go to any other hardware store. service was excellent and the staff member who helped me took into account my size when helping me find a respirator. beautiful organized space. in and out with everything i needed in less than ten minutes.

1st ever visit this don't know much about the variety and service in depth yet. As sooner walked in help was offered and with in few seconds I was at the section I needed to and the person was knowledgeable and helpful and I was out with an item of need in a few minutes.

Okay, so I have never set foot in this store, but my husband has numerous times. Every time he goes in, he calls me to tell me how incredible the service is and they ended up having some rare screw or bolt or whatever it might be and it isn’t insanely marked up. Moreover, every employee knows where the most random items are. While I may not be tool savvy, I can appreciate a hardware store that far surpasses the likes of Home Depot and Lowes. Get itttt Gerschler’s!

Great selection. Great staff. My only issue is that the closing time isn’t correct. Either it’s Summer hours or incorrectly labeled online, when I went on a Friday at 3:15pm (closing says 4pm) the business was already closed. A change to this information is appreciated.

I needed four Small screws that were metric size and he couldn’t match them exactly so gave me four that were slightly larger. No charge. I had already gone to three other places and nobody even suggested why they couldn’t replicate the screws (metric) or offer an alternative. Will definitely be back. PS. They worked perfectly.

These guys were open at 6am when no one else was! I ran over to buy a smoke detector battery -- I have the kinda unit that cannot be disconnected so it was an emergency. Not only were they open, but they were awake, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you so much Greschlers! We'll be back!
