The Guess store in Kings Plaza is by far the worst Guess store ever. Really poor customer service, they aren't versed on company policy. When they mess up they do not try to fix the situation with the customer. Instead they make you go through hell and still don't fix the problem. How can you treat your customers that way. If you don't like your jobs get a new one period.

I am writing to report the terrible customer experience that I received last night Jan.10.2020 and this morning at the Kings Plaza Shopping Center Guess store. I have NEVER experienced the level of disrespect and service that I received in the store. I came in with my husband to purchase some jeans and we were working with an associate that in the beginning came off helpful. Once we located some jeans we went into the fitting room. Before we both went into the fitting room I asked permission to enter with my husband. The associate said yes. Later, 10 minutes into the fitting someone comes banging on the door, yelling at us that it can only be one person in the room. We informed them that an associate told us that it was fine, my husband told them that we were almost done and we would be right out. When we left the fitting room I gave the associate the jeans that we were not going to be purchasing. We went to the front and my husband waited at the register to purchase the jeans. ALL the associates and Manager ignored us as we waited at the register. I tried on some sunglasses in the meantime while we waited, after 5 minutes I was getting frustrated. No one was attending to the register although all the associates and manager lingered by the register and the front of the store. Finally, my husband told the manager he was ready to make the purchase and she directed another person to ring us up. I was still by the sunglasses display when the manager approached me. I asked her about the pricing of the sunglasses. She started talking to me like I was an idiot, I was confused. She then asked me if I wanted to ring up the sunglasses I told her no it's fine. Then she asked me no, do you want me to ring up the red t shirt that I had in my pocket. I was shocked, the red item in my pocket was a reusable tote that I had used to return something from a previous store and I had placed in my pocket. She then said ohhh, I wasn't trying to accuse you, which she clearly did. At this point, my husband is still at the register and asking me what is wrong. I told him, she just tried to accuse me of stealing and I was getting upset and decided to leave the store. I departed and my husband completed the purchase, we left and the whole mall was at closing so we quickly left. When we got to the car we realized that the woman on the register was soooo distracted that she didn't even give him the correct jeans. She put in a pair of women's jeans with the security tags still on them. We went back to the store trying to get the jeans back and we say one of the same associates that tried to accuse us earlier. We tried to explain but they refused to come to the door and went straight to the back and never came back. Next morning, I call the store when they open and ask if they have the jeans and for me to exchange them. The manager said she was going to look into it and call me back. NO CALL BACK, I called the store again and was told by another associate that the jeans were not there. But I called first thing when the store opened so how is that possible. Then I asked the associate, how do I get my money back since the receipt I have is not for the jeans in the bag. He had to put me on hold to talk to the manager and then told me to come to the store and get the money refunded. But at no point did the manager try to help me or assist in alleviating the situation given that NONE of this was my fault. The way they handled this situation is disgusting. I am a paying customer and should be treated as so. The whole situation has been mistreated and lends a terrible taste in my mouth for the store and your establishment. I hope that you can work with your employees to teach them professionalism and respect because it is severely lacking at that location. Highly disappointed in your brand and employees. I am not happy about my experience and will voice this incident to other platforms until this issue is resolved.
