Who ever puting the h2o wireless service on the phone don’t put the h2o service because now the days h2o customer service people who ever talking with the customer they say to wait.And they hack the phone and the phone number and even the bank account.And don’t trust the h2o wireless service.i will recommend that who put the service from h2o service .

stay away from h2o wirelss. I charged my phone with more than $50, but didn't get to use it due to pandemic, now they told me the plan expired and all my money is GONE! This is total scam! I CHARGED meaning it's my account, how can you take that money?

Update - after two years of staying with H2O I have nothing bad to report. In fact, my plan seems to come with Hotspot at no extra charge, so I consider this a very good deal. This review is for H2O wireless, not the phone store. Just be warned that customer service can be a bit of a challenge if you are having problems, like porting a number.

Hi, I am writing to let you know I'm fed up with your unreliable service and your rude and disrespect customer service. I spoke to 3 representative to help my resolve my issues to no avail. When i asked to speak with a manager the first associate was so disrespectful to the point she hung up the phone on my because i asked her if i could speak to the manager. She told me there's nothing else the manager can do that she can't and hung up. The last time this issue happen the manager was the one that resolved it. That why I ask for the manager and that's what i tried to explain to her. Unforunately, I didn't get her name. I called back twice again asking to speak with a manager because they couldn't help me resolve my issue. Both Rose and Julie did not want to connect me with the manager. And for some reason they kept telling me to call my bank because my card for some strange reason kept declining. I told them I've called my bank and they said they are not the ones at error. And i knew Julie was lying when she said that when I updated my autorecharge account it withdrew $1 to verify it was real, because i check my statement and there was no transaction. I finally got home and recharged my phone online and it WORKED with the same card they said had an issue, the only difference is I paid the full $32.40 If don't want your customers to use their discount then i believe it is really unfair to market it. It is always an issue when I want to use my discount. You all false advertise your product. I have grown to hate this provider because you all make it so hard to use our discount and you have such rude customer reps. I will definitely be spreading the word of your dishonesty and your customer service reps.
