Have been to this restaurant many times and food and service is very good. This time really enjoyed venison tartare. Mushroom salad was very good , Elk chops - classic best dish ! Mud pies both are great ( Mrs Mud pie my personal favorite)!

Consistently delicious food with meat centric menu and amazing service. They are famous for their game dishes and my antelope steak with potato gratin was 10/10! The red snapper was also great - nicely flaky and well seasoned.Though it is definitely a place to try all those exotic meats like elk chops, bison, boar end even a turtle soup. They have great wine selection. I was impressed you can get a glass of 1970 Medoc Bordeaux for $25 only - in most places you'd have to splurge for a bottle. The grilled vegetables with polenta and mushrooms salad were perfect apps and also above expectations.Try not to get stuffed on the fluffy bread in the very beginning! The ambiance is very casual, though it could easily be a place for a special occasion. They are pretty full every day, so definitely make a reservation at least 3-4 days in advance.

Food, especially the game menu, was excellent. We have had it many times. The table was a bit small for 5 people, especially since we ordered a lot of dishes to share, but all in all, was a minor point.

Henry's End is always a pleasure. The food is always delicious and prepared with your specs in mind. The waitstaff are attentive, Mark and Hayley are great hosts. And you never are rushed. Indoors or outdoors, it is special. I had the crusted salmon and it could not have been better. Eric Shtob

We hadn't been to Henry's End since they moved. I love the new location so much better. There's a lot of natural light. The service was good. The food was good if not exciting. I had the West Indian Shrimp & Grits which was fine but didn't reflect the numerous spices in the description. BF enjoyed his frisee salad. The fresh banana in the bread pudding was completely unripe.

I have been a patron since 1980, when they were in their old location. It us, hands down, one of my top 5 restaurants I have ever eaten in, and worth every cent. The food is fantastic, the service impecable. You can't go wrong.

Henry's End is our long time favorite Brooklyn Heights restaurant! Amazing family owned and operated for decades, with top quality, reliable menu, and excellent service. If you haven't tried it, you should!

We went for the Game Festival and were very pleased with the entire dinner. The specialty drinks are great, as were the turtle soup, antelope and elk. As a special treat, I enjoyed a glass of 1970 Bordeaux. Highly recommended.

A restaurant that has stayed in business, and stayed very popular, for as long as Henry's End is unique. At this restaurant it is due to the very inventive menu, with each offering delicious, and the excellent service led by the ever-present owner as host.

What a great time. The host greeted us warmly and showed us to our table, the wait staff were there when we needed them as if by magic. The menu had so many delicious items it was hard to choose. Henry's End is where we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries as it never disappoints.

The menu is very special, and the food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Our waitress was so pleasant and really helped make our meal enjoyable. The manger/owner was also so knowledgeable and made us feel special and at home. We will definitely be back.

Charming neighborhood spot and would go back any time for a great dinner with friends too. Food was amazing and service too and the staff super friendly. Owner spent some time with us talking about the history of the place which II found very nice too. Only suggestion was for the bread they served before the meal to be warmer and maybe toasted too

Food was excellent and service was above average. My drink was a little watered down but my partner loved her's. The tuna was great the duck with mushrooms was even better. We got the BBQ shrimp (shrimp was a little over done but the flavor was there), mashed potatoes (great), and the brussel sprouts were a great addition.
