Ignore the closing time listed on Google. I arrived at 8:40pm on a Monday night and only wanted to purchase a single pair of slacks. All doors were locked and the security would not open them, as she was instructed to do so. Locking doors this early is unacceptable. 2 stars because I’ve had a couple of positive experiences when I was able to enter.

It’s so upsetting that the pricing of their Sale items are not accurate, I bought a dress for my daughter all of its other sizes have a 9.99 price tag except for the size that I needed. Even I showed them that all the other sizes are on sale except for the only ONE I have, I still get charged for the regular price.

Just stood in line for 20 minutes, only then to be notified that systems are down and can’t do returns. And they don’t know when systems will be back up again. Put a sign on the door maybe? 20 minutes of my life I can never get back because someone couldn’t put a marker on a piece of paper, write a simple sentence and tape it to the front door. Pathetic.

Love the clothes - and prices here - its a great place to see what the younger folk are wearing and to fill in your closet with one or two "trendy items" that won't cost you an "arm and a leg"

BAD BAD BAD customer service 00 zero, I bought something they charged me more than my purchases when I came back I spoke with the manager, he told me that he can do nothing for me I must claim in another store or call customer service (fulton brooklyn store)
