On February 23, we went into the store and bought a lot of things before the store closed, and when we approached the checkout, there was one girl standing there and there were no other cashiers, there was a line, and when our turn came, the girl who was standing at the checkout did not even greet us and did not even offer a member ID, and after paying, she did not even say goodbye, after all, we are buyers and we buy clothes with our own money and not for free!

Was followed around the store by security on 12/20/24. Every area i browsed in the mens section the security decided to come across from me and browse clothes at same time which seemed strange because the store was not that crowded. At one point i was in the middle of the store and an employee came from the back and asked was he trying to go in the back since it was strange he was standing in that area. The security guard whispered back to employee. I the grabbed the hat and gloves I found asked that employee was he running that cash register and checked out. Ive never been to a store where i couldn’t shop comfortably. I then went to zara across the hall to purchase clothes. Avoid this store.

They had no change at the register, manager took long to come with change & act like I was not a paying customer because I refused $80 in $5 bills & was rude with attitude on top of it

My wife and I have been going to H&M for quite some time so has our kids and somewhat of a grandkids. But lately when we've gone in shopping for the newest grandchild they have a variety but it's not to all liking. Other than that it's a decent sort of store the folks they are great. If you shop around and you look around you can save a little bit of money. A lot of the stuff you can get online but if you want to shopping experience on how do you recommend you come to h&m. management needs to be more organized. There are practically no cashiers on the first floor, and none on the second. I don’t think standing for 30-45 minutes at the checkout counters will be the best experience for shoppers.
