The staff at this location is truly the worst. Would not recommend. The staff, especially at checkout, is rude and offensive. Drive the extra 2 miles, and go to Lowe's.

The new checkout system is obnoxious. At least with self checkout or a traditional system, you can pay quickly and get out. Now, you have to wait for the cashier to call you over to a register. If they are talking and not paying attention, too bad. You are stuck just standing there waiting for them to call you.

Employees are very lazy/ rude and unprofessionalIts a shame!The manager need to get rid of these ppl. That's the main reason we have stores closing down cause of employees attitudeSome want to fight and argue when customers ask for help.

There is a young man with long hair who is nicknamed "el greñas" in Spanish. An allegated member of "MS-13". Every day he is seen drunk and drugged around this Home Depot, terrorizing and beating for no reason anyone who approaches him. He has been arrested several times and the next day he is again inside the Home Depot stealing and out around beating innocent people. This person should be put in federal prison or deported to his country of origin. People like that don't deserve to be in the United States. Please do something, no one reports it, you can no longer walk calmly inside or outside this establishment.

Ordered items for pick up. By the end of the day I received an email that order was ready, and ANOTHER email that said "item in your order is successfully canceled."I called to ask why an order (and the most important product) was "successfully canceled" and a very curt lady told me they cancel anything they don't have on the same day.They don't hold, they don't extend the time to the next day for restock. They just cancel it and claim that your order is "ready " (on the website it said in stock which is why I ordered it in store) I expressed that it would have been preferred if I could pick up the full order when they had it rather than cancelling it without my consent. She hung up on me. One minute later I received a third email: "your full order is successfully canceled."I like to support brick and mortar but I guess I'm ordering from Amazon from now on. The pick up option is a flawed system but even worse was the human interaction.

Went to pick up a delivery for my handyman business. Great service! Went to the locker with my iPhone, scan the barcode, signed and door opened for my products. Closed back, gave a rating and that was it! They have been upgrading this particular branch due to the recent influx of immigrants involving in shop lifting.
