As a large chain store, Home Depot actually deceived the informant. During a shopping trip, I found that there was a huge size difference between their wood board products. The actual product and the marked size were completely inconsistent. This is a real fraud, and this problem exists in more than one branch.

I have been to every home Depot in nyc and this is by far the worst of the worst, the staff are lazy at best and beyond un helpful, my visit was at 8 pm i needed a tool from electrical and i scan that useless qr code and nobody comes, i ask an associate and he sees me waiting for over 10 minutes until an off the clock associate sees me struggling to just get the tool myself and he tells the counter can't sell it to me if i being it up myself even if i manage to fish it out, then the associate that saw me patiently wait for 10 mins comes over at the beckoning of the off the clock associate and begins to unlock the pad lock, SO THAT ASSOCIATE COULD HAVE HELPED ME INSTEAD OF MAKING ME WAIT 20 MINS?
PSA, go to Lowe's they are 100% better in every way shape and form, DO NOT come to this home depot, they are often out of stock and the employees are just getting paid to do literal nothing, they should close down cuz this is the last home Depot you ever want to patronize, in fact this home depot is the reason why people order online. Will never be coming back to this home depot, and moving forward Lowe's will be my first choice, distance be damned, i will also recommend Lowe's to everyone instead of this location. Truly the worst of the worse

My experience, we were shopping for tiles we found one and was asking people for help we’re standing for about 30 minutes or more. Every single staff was saying they were gonna call someone and it never happened, staff after staff everyone was saying the same excuse not helping. At this point my parents were getting upset and so was I. I’ve never met a store with this bad of staff and store wasn’t that full either so I don’t know why they couldn’t help. He ended up leaving after 40 minutes with no help just same excuses, my parents and I were disappointed as we were in a rush and was expecting some help. Hope my review helps you and your experience.

It was a nice place to shop if the migrants didn't approach my daughter force themselves on her to scare her to put things in her car, as she had two light things!

The store staff don't know where they have what. I loaded one cart, while I was looking for another, they had already unloaded my cart. I had to go get another cart and reload it. I lost 50 minutes

I ordered a home delivery this morning of cleaning producta. The products just arrived BUT SOME OF THE ITEMS WHICH I PAID FOR ARE MISSING!!! IM REPEATEDLY CALLING YOUR STORE AND NO IS ANSWERING, BUT THEY KEEP PLACING ME ON HOLD AND TRANSFERRING ME AROUND! AND NOW THAT I FINALLY GOT HOLD OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, ALL OF THE HOME DEPOT STORES IN BROOKLYN ARE GIVING HER THE RUNAROUND!! This is deplorable!!
