been using HRBlock for a few years. Specifically this location. I've never actually had to go into the office which is great. Service is quick. Melissa is great. Shout out to this team at HRblock!!

The most indignant experience with some of the upmost disgraceful staff I've ever seen. Dropped off tax papers to a dude named Mohammed and clearly didn't comprehend before I left and I asked him do he need anything from me before I go. He replied No.
So later in the evening, I've gotten a call several times about missing tax information. And I spoken to Mohammed and he said that he wait for me to show up after work. So I showed up, and he wasn't there.
After sitting for over an hour and none of the staff basically didn't ask me anything or helped me.
The staff is absolutely unprofessional and repugnant.

I had the unfortunate problem of someone fraudulently trying to file taxes with my name and social security number. I went to Andrea, who has been helping me file for years (even back when I was still a dependant) and in the moment on the spot she helped me to log on to the IRS website and obtain a PIN number so that I could more confidently and securely file my taxes. She helped me understand what on my returns was resulting in a payment back to the government. And she gave me advice on how to help lower that payment in the future. It's always a wonderful experience working with her. She genuinely cares about giving me peace of mind for the rest of the year.

Andrea always explains what every document I have is good for and she explains the current tax law so that my refund or lack thereof makes sense to me. I never feel confused or cheated. I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes. It was great!

If you are interested in booking the online options at this location would not recommend. It took me a whole week to complete my taxes with my original pro. Luckily, Lisa came to save the day hence the 2 stars and not 1 star review. Overall, nice people but not tech savvy enough to do online taxes unless you request Lisa.
