I’ll never come back to this place again. They charge you a fortune for the services, but when you need their advice or a guidance- turn your back on you, speaking to you in such a derogatory tone that you feel like an idiot. I was penalized by the IRS and couldn’t understand why and what for - but when I called the office, the lady was like “oh my God” ?♀️ I’m a healthcare professional and can’t even imagine the situation when the patient asks me to explain his test results, and I go on him “oh my God” ?♀️In conclusion: don’t trust your financial matters and don’t waste your money on such unprofessional people. Find reliable and trustworthy sources. There are plenty of professionals out there with basic customer service and good people skills.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I walked out with a much larger return on my tax's than I thought I would ever get. People were friendly and professional. I'll definitely be doing my taxs here again in the future.
