Donna is a miracle worker!!! After an awful experience with a different tax advisor I got switched to Donna and she was absolutely an all-star. She was super communicative, clearly explained the process, caught mistakes from the previous advisor and even stayed late on a Friday to finish my return. I can't thank her enough.

I went to HR block to have a CPA work on a very simple s-corp return for an entity that was operating for only 2 months of 2022. The customer service was jumbled and incoherent, the tax preparer arrived 1 hr late to the first appointment, and my online portal was set up in such a way as that I could not access any documents uploaded for me to approve. Every time I called a new person answered the phone and no one knew how to help me access the documents. I was traveling for work and they had no other way to get the return to me to approve than through the portal I couldn’t see. I’m still waiting to resolve the issue and now have to get an extension for my personal return. So far, it could not have been worse but let’s see what the return itself looks like. I wish I could get these wasted hours of my life back.
