Purchased airmax for my son because it was a good deal. He wore them 4x and the stitching came completely apart exposing a hole. I had them for two weeks went back to see if I can exchange or get a refund since policy says 30 days and says when “there are manufacturing defects”. Lady told me it’s “wear and tear”.
After two weeks?! All my Nikes and my sons last over two years never have I had a shoe disintegrate after a couple wears. Lady tells me oh we haven’t had anyone come complain about these I call bs! I went on snipes online and realized people did leave comments complaining of the same issue! Wish I saw that sooner, also I left a review on there too and it wasn’t approved! She made it seem as if I’m trying to return old used shoes.
Order straight from Nike cuz Nike would never cause an issue!

Why can't I call and get a person to respond to my questions. Made a purchase in store to be delivered to the store and I have no info on what time and if it ever made it a week later. So unprofessional, so now I'm gonna have to waste time going over there and check. I will never be buying from this company. And it's called hyperactive which is separate from snipe's and Jimmy jazz. Horrible experience.

Hello everyone including Snipes Staffs and Manager, I rated 4.8 stars because not only the cool set of clothes they have line up most importantly their service when you walk in exploring the environment and correction worker made was fixed by Manager. In order to get the 5 stars is to greet and Engage a bit more not just be like yay a customer alright he or she getting this let me add this up, I know what I Like but for somebody else who hasnt been going here until now. I heard that yall used to having regular customers. Also I was blinding by the amazing clothing the "Ghost buster T shirt" I got an 2XL by mistake you see we all make mistakes people. I am about to see if I can return it for my regular size. Thank You for the experience.

They never answer their phone.. spend your money online to pick up, call to ask questions about my order and it kept going to dial tone… encourages you to refund

Old lady employee wear glasses was very rude. Talked down to us. I was looking at a tshirt, she asked me not to move anything there because she just folded it. My brother was trying some shoes. She told him not to walk around. Poor customer service.

I went there today and the rude assuming she was the store floor manager Naysha Green (if that's how it's spelled because she didn't want to share her ID number) was very rude! The guys there had such decent customer service I still made the purchase. Yet the female employee saying her name is Green decides to tell me ' could you not mess up the shirts and next time ask for help' while I was at the register making a purchase with the well mannered employees. So she decided to talk to me across the floor and I had to look around like who are you talking to. I politely walked over to her and told her I did not mess up no shirts and I definitely let her know I am not one of these little girls out here. Then she apologizes and I told her don't get things twisted. First off, her job is to clean up the clothes... when I went by the shirts they were out of order and people went there after me. The nerve of her thinking she could talk to ME anyway. If it wasn't for my son wanting those items, I would of never spent my money there today. I am calling to file a real complaint against her as she was unprofessional, rude, her accusations were inaccurate, and again- who did she think she was talking to! Jimmy Jazz, please don't just hire anyone - I haven't been to this store in a while, made a last minute purchase before our flight, and I don't think I will be back- Little Miss Green was very unprofessional and she don't even know who I am!
