I was extremely impressed with the service they provide here! They went above and beyond when I came for an oil change and Kal was very pleasant to work with. It was my first time going today and I will definitely be using this mechanic going forward and would highly recommend others to as well.

I've been to a lot of mechanic shops, but this is for sure the best one I've ever been to. Don't waste your time going to anyone else. Very honest, reliable and great prices. Trust me, this is the best mechanic shop in NYC.

I used to live in Los Angeles. As a car owner there your mechanic is trusted like a family member. We are now car owners in Brooklyn and had been searching for a shop that we could have that same kind of relationship with. What a relief to find ICS Auto. Ali is honest, knowledgable and creative with the work that he does. I drive a 94 corolla wagon and he has gone the extra mile to keep that car running.

I was there on 06/10/22 7:30 AM .AL the mechanic is very prompt with his time. He is very polite. He take care of my car as if it was his. He is very knowledgeable and keeps your vehicle clean. His pricing is fair .

I was quoted a price for my repair costs and when it comes time to pick it up I was told the cost will be 10 percent less!! If that's not customer service I don't know what is!Not to mention giving me a free oil change and wheel alignment. You guys are simply the absolute best!

I dont know what happen to this place, I used to use them. take me in right away i paid no auguring. Last few times his new worker jsut wasted my time, I called on friday made an app for today to get a few things fixed. When i got there. The worker said he cant fix the car today. I took a day off and all he did was laugh in my face, I hate to give them a review like this, But dont waste ppl times, Calvin, you allowed you shop to go to hell by not being there. sadly losing cash customer is ok these day, So i will keep on searching for good shop. Thanks for the good work done, but last few months too many games !

90% sure these reviews are fake...they have BMW logos on their awning and they don't even work on german cars. Beware
