Went in to get some uniform shirts for my daughter. She goes to uncommon, had only 1 available in her size for a school so predominant in Brooklyn. Then, didn’t allow me to take it to the register, he walked it over instead like I’m some thief. Didn’t end there, before I walked out I had my receipt in hand and bag, and the guy at the door says can I check your bag.. LOL, if that’s the case the just do order pick up.. won’t be returning.

It's was a little hectic walking in there. I had an appointment in the neighborhood and unfortunately their their online ordering was giving me a hard time so I decided why not. I needed to get my children some more shirts and this is the company that makes both of their school uniforms. They we're a little all over The place and this was my first time visiting so I wasn't sure where to go However, once I got somebody to help me, they were extremely helpful + everybody was kind and straightforward. I wish they weren't so far but will definitely try to come get their uniforms again in person sorry to have a better idea of who I'm going to and what I'm asking for. I'm also hoping to get some of their website ordering fixed so I can just order online

Absolutely horrendous. Purchased shoes online. Didn't fit. Have been contacting them for two weeks and no response. Do not purchase from here.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. Avoid the agony and the collection of intellectually challenged personel that work in the store that will make your experience in this store a nightmare.
Selection is poor. They dump all products of the same company with minuit difference in appearance in the same row without price tags. You get to the counter, you don't know what the price is until they give you the final receipt. No transperancy while your items are scanned. Attempts at reconciliing the noted issues with the store land you with a huge headache and a waste of your own time with no attempts at apologies to calm the costumers and instead blame you, the customer, for not understanding how the disorganization of merchandise works in this store. You try to get your money back and they slap you with those ridiculous form that is requiring you to provide personal information, WHAT!?? Mind blown with the level of stupidity.
Save your time, frustration and the unnecessary level of stress and avoid this store!

very poor business. Takes literally forever to get your uniform. Zero communication whatsoever. Rude workers on the phone when I called for updates. And was on hold on the phone for an hour. Literally ridiculous

This place gave me an opprotunity to do something productive with my summers. I worked here in High School and while in College. I now have 2 degrees and live in an entirely different state. Some very nice people work here with great quality uniforms and attire. Recommended.

They never keep a good supply of uniform for plus size kids and when order, they never call you for pick up. Also the size are not acurate as other store that have uniform. But the exchange policy is excellent.
