Received the WRONG item I called CS and the rep told me I received the right item I provided a picture and was put on hold for over an hour and the call ended on their end. I called again and was put on hold AGAIN. At the end of the day I NEVER received the item I PAID FOR! I hated this store to begin with I hate it even more now and DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I placed a uniform order via the website on 9/20. I received confirmation that the order was placed however did not receive any more communication. I have yet to receive the order. I have emailed the company numerous times as well as called both locations and cannot get answers regarding my order. The last phone call I was told it would be looked into and I will be contacted back. I have not heard back from the company. This is a very poor way to do business. I spent $134.94 and do not have the product. I will be filing a claim with BBB as well.

Avoid at all costs if possible. Had to pick up the order at the store even though I requested it to be shipped to the house(paid for shipping), worker on the phone told me I can go to any of the ladies at the store and show them the order number. I did just that, they let me know I had to go on the line to the right(for pickups) because one of the items wasn't ready. Did that, obtained my items and had no problems. Received confirmation that the item that previously wasn't available was ready for pick up. Went in today, (this was literally a week apart) walked up to a worker who told me to go to the line to the right, did that. Lady at the cashier told me I had to go to the line to the left.. mind you again what is the point of having a line for pick up if I have to stand in line with people purchasing their items there? Argued with the lady, because I was told multiple times to go to the line to the right. She looked up my order, argued back that it's the season and I have to be at the other line, then called the next customer. I went to another worker who looked up the item and requested it to be brought to the front. Previous cashier lady then says, "I was helping her", meanwhile she's helping the next customer. Some of the ladies should not be working customer retail jobs.

This place is so unreliable, and unprofessional. They tell you that your order will be ready in a week, 2 weeks at most. It has been over 4 weeks since I placed my order for my daughter, and nothing. I always get told they will call me right back, and never do. Can never get any updates & never offer a solution. Definitely won't be going back and not recommending it.

As a parent advising other parents, IF YOU CAN, DO NOT ORDER YOUR UNIFORMS FROM THIS STORE! As per Mr.Patel in customer service “they are a very small company”. To be handling such high demand in our community and no organization, in my opinion is unprofessional. I ordered my daughters uniforms nearly 3 weeks ago to find out that half of the order, which consisted of 2 long sleeve polos, are still not ready and no definite date either. As per Mr. Patel “you can go in store when you pick up the two other shirts and you can check if they are ready”. It was also brought to my knowledge that long sleeve polos are considered a fall item so regardless of placing an order in the summer, shirt is not ready until “around this time” per Mr. Patel. So half of the order is ready and the other is not. If I’m a business owner and a small business at that, knowing how hectic this time of school year is, why is my business not more organized. Why do I have so many upset parents?? I could’ve taken my business to Cookies for all of this. $90, 2 short sleeve polos, 2 long sleeve polos. Half the order not complete. Realistically the store is overpriced and I thought I was being smart coming here but if you can save your coin no matter how much it is for your family, please do! Ensure you ASK all questions in regard to your child’s uniforms before placing your order because the staff will not properly inform you.

Always a frustrating and horrible experience. I wish more schools would seek out a different uniform supplier. the employees are more concerned with their private conversations or giving their phone lunch orders than paying attention to the customers. The inventory is never in stock ahead of the school season and ordering is useless m. I'm currently on week 6 of waiting for my order to arrive but they had my money on DAY 1!!!! There are a handful of employees that truly do their best and provide quality service but it's overshadowed by the lack of overall care, service and sufficient inventory. I pay more and use Flynn O'Hara for one child but unfortunately this is the only retailer option for my youngest. can't wait for him to change schools so that I can stop giving them my money!

My daughters school CCMS gave us a flyer with prices with a % off what you buy in the store and when I went to this store the prices were higher, they did not honor the discount on the items purchased, the Guyanese sales lady was nasty with her mouth. For the quality of the uniform it shouldn't be so expensive and they should honor the discount given especially when it's from the sales man that works with Ideal....horrible!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this store. I’m not going to say ‘yet’ because I’m not looking forward to that. The ladies on the floor are always helpful and attentive and I always get my child’s uniforms. It can be crowded and the lines can be long sometimes but hey, it is what it is. ??

This place is horrible. I ordered the uniforms 2 months ago and it is 1 day until September. I payed for the uniforms and they never come. This place is a scam and when I buy the uniforms. I GOT HACKED!!! My Credit Card got hacked and it won't be unhacked. DO NOT BUY UNIFORMS ON THIS STORE ONLINE OR ELSE THEY WILL NEVER COME AND THEY WOULD STEAL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WILL HACK YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!! SAVE MONEY AND DON'T EVER BUY UNIFORMS ONLINE!!!!

Disorganized and chaotic. You need to retrain your whole staff on providing proper customer service. I walked in today with my daughter hoping to get her uniform and almost 30 minutes in I had to walk out empty handed because the employees don’t know how things work. I asked for the specific thing I needed and I was directed by the worker there to stand in a line to get service then after 20 minutes of standing there another woman walks in and skipped the line and the counter person just ignored me and proceeded to take her order. Needless to say I immediately left.

My goddaughter went to a new school .I offered to buy her uniform and spend 280 dollars to do that. I came to this store and gave them the school name so I can make sure I am buying the right uniforms. They told me what I needed to get grey pants and blue top which they picked out and gave them to me. The pants was to long I paid to adjust the pants .Now today is her first day of school and she can not wear the pants and this store won’t take the pants back….i am now stuck with a brand new grey uniform pants she can’t use…

Worst store ever. Unless you are picking uniforms off the rack or shelves do not go here. You place a order and it takes forever to get shipped. 3 weeks later it still is processing. The attitude and energy of trying to make customers feel at ease is horrible. I wish this wasnt the only uniform store the schools have in brooklyn. They need to go out of business asap!

Worst store ever! I order the uniforms in June. It is now almost September and I Did not get my delivery. Was Told to speak to USPS which I did. Package says it was delivered but I never got it. Ideal uniforms doesn’t want to solve the problem and says they can’t do anything. Only suggestion is to order again and spend more money. School is about to start and I don’t have any uniforms. Terrible company. Poor customer service. No one calls back and when you call they keep bouncing you to different people. Save your money and a headache by looking at other options.

This is the second school year I've waited more than a month to receive my child's uniforms. When you call or go to the store no one can tell you when the orders will arrive. Parents like myself are left scrambling to get their kids uniforms. Highly disappointed.

I went to get my kids' uniforms before the "rush " and there weren't any shirts for their sizes. I ordered and paid for my everything. Hope it comes on time.
