I was shocked when they closed Nordstrom Rack. I was able to shop for workwear there. But, the store became junky.. It appeared as if they were sending all of the cheap, tacky clothing to the Gateway store. Do not allow that to happen at your store. Clothing does not have to be ridiculously expensive. But, functional and of good quality! And the store should be kept with a neat, clean presentation... Staff should always be accommodating. It is their job!! Thank you again!!

I went to this store n took my holiday photos. I used a Groupon code. Apparently they were having some issues with the code. The sales rep as well as the “manager “ there a chance mt order will be cancelled. I also opted to get the digital prints which I paid in store. After three hours I didn’t receive the email about my digital prints. I called back the store and was told repeatedly by staff that they warned me and that I need to call Groupon back for all my money even though I paid for the items in store. I explained I understand that the order which I assumed was the canvas would be cancelled but they said no the whole order. They said if I want I need to come back n pay again. They refused to give me back my money. Groupon had no record of the order being cancel n they never took the money. I contacted the escalation team n still haven’t heard back. Imagine all your Christmas photos with ur newborn you can’t get. Staff nasty and dismissive and no real manager around to assist. Won’t be coming back to this store . Working on getting back my money because it’s so messed up

When you place an order there with your CASH REWARDS the workers take it upon themselves to CHECK HOW MUCH YOU PAID for YOUR THINGS and cancel it if they don’t like that you’re getting a good deal!!! What is it to you what I pay with MY REWARDS ???? I already called corporate

I am writing this review on behalf of my best friend Latoya R, who had an appointment at this location for a family portrait with her partner and 2 year old baby for the holidays. The appointment was 11/25/24 at 4:30 pm. She arrived 7 minutes late after running in from the car. The next clients scheduled appointment was at 5:45 pm. The associate told her there is nothing that can be done the photo shoot was canceled and although they have no clients at the moment she would have to wait till the last people came in that had appointments that day. I think this was disgusting Customer service, there is a lot of things that go in prepping for a family photo shoot especially a toddler, their was no curtesy no understanding and it was a huge let down for her who took a day off to prepare for this. This was the worst service I've ever heard especially working with children and to be less than 10 minutes late and be denied is disgusting. Do not spend your hard earned money there, they do not value clients nor reputation.

The service was great. I went to return some clothes that i order online. I ended up purchasing some more business attir at the store. They had a nice sale. The return policy was awesome my money was posted to my credit card within three days. The lines move pretty fast.
