This business did not work for me. I told them an approximate # of boxes, bins, barrels and two pieces of furniture that was being moved, was given an approximate amount of cubic and a price. I ended up sending LESS, Never-The-Less, when they were finished packing they said the cubics was 100 plus more than estimated, and the NEW cost was $2,000.00 plus MORE Than ESTIMATED. I had no choice the things were already packed in the truck. When they delivered my stuff, both pieces of furniture were damaged, in fact , one had to be DUMPED on the spot, and one of my TV's was cracked. I have been calling the office and every time told the same thing, " they can't reach the truck driver and he will contact me.When i call him, its always the voicemail saying VOICEMAIL FULL. I guess if i had money for them , he would find the time to call me." Well, I AM STILL WAITING. And he Demands the final payment BEFORE UNLOADING THE TRUCK, so its too late when you see the damage. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Do not use this company! Stole my money! Broke my stuff! Four Links Logistics told me my move from NY to FL cost $2664.30. Jeff's Express Moving Storage & Trucking were the movers they hired to move all my personal belongings. After they loaded my stuff in the truck which was exactly all the same stuff I told them I was moving nothing extra, they drove away and had someone call me to tell me my move cost $4504.30. I asked them to bring my belongings back because that was not my agreement. They refused to bring back my stuff and said the driver is already on his way to Florida and will arrive in 3-5 days. I did not hear back from them and called them 5 days later to find out where my stuff was and they told me it's in a warehouse in Brooklyn and never left NY! Then they said they were reloading my stuff back in the truck and arrived a week later. They requested the money upfront before unloading. When I looked through all my stuff two of my flat screen 4K LED 65in TV's were broken! Along with other items such as the leg from my nightstand, the back of my bookshelf, the dressers were damaged. Not to mention since they arrived so late my daughters pet fishes all died! I showed the movers they took pictures of the TV's. I filed a "claim" for the two TV's only because they are very expensive and I cannot afford to replace them and it's been over two months. Every time I call no one has a response as to when I will be getting back my refund for this horrible experience! There are other companies with better prices and reviews!

Scam warning!!! They arrived several days late in a graffiti covered truck to move my family to South Carolina. After being paid over $4,000 in advance, they took all of my family's belongings to Brooklyn and are holding it for ransom. They are telling us that unless they are paid another $14,000 up front we won't see our stuff again. Again, do not use this company. It is a scam and they are thieves!!!!

They arrived 2 days late to move my mom. Then they knocked over a street sign and have yet to pay us back for fixing it, despite us sending them the bill from the apartment complex. They also couldn't figure out how to fit a tiny car in the trailer so instead they had someone drive it. Communication with them was terrible, they kept saying they were on their way and we ended up staying up until after midnight, dressed, beds taken apart waiting for them to arrive. It was a lie, they arrived 2 mornings later as I was calling around trying to find another mover. My mom ended up paying for another day in her apartment which of course the movers said they would reimburse us for but never did. When they finally delivered her items they held her items ransom for more money, refusing to unpack the truck without the money so she had to go find an ATM to pay them.

My favorite Moving & Storage Company. I have used Jeff's before, 5 years ago. My experience was always a good one. I am a clothes designer and my items were very fragile including work out equipment, glass, etc. The moment I called, it was smooth sailing from there on. They arrived on time, professionally wrapped items that were very fragile, and delivered on time. I had a 15 tn hour drive ahead of myself and they arrived two days later. On time and all my items were well kept. I've used then twice before, once five years ago and again four years prior. I absolutely go to Jeff's first when I am moving long distance. NY is my home town, so I end up back home no matter where I relocate to and when I am home I stay for a few years. Jeff's always moved me. Love you guys and gal at Jeff's. The worst! Was scheduled for Monday 9am. They didn’t arrive, they didn’t call me. When I called they said our truck is being fixed and we don’t know when it’s gonna be fixed. All plans ruined. Never ever get their service!

BE AWARE OF THIS DEN OF THIEVES! Honesty isn't their best policy, make sure you have a full account of your items. Otherwise, unsavory movers will help themselves to your belongings. Anonymous

Nobody expects belongings to be stolen from a moving company. But what else can you expect. Its Brooklyn. YOUVE BEEN WARNED! Also, expect some version of a "Sanford& Son" truck to arrive late or some other day

They never arrive at the time you scheduled with them even if your location is 20 mins away or even nearer and they complain and are lazy when moving your things!
