I’ve been training with Doug for around 8 months now and can’t recommend him enough! He’s super knowledgeable about nutrition/exercise and has helped me build strength while being careful of my injuries. He’s also just a very personable and interesting person. Would highly recommend!

I have been working with Doug for years. He really helped me get in the shape of my life. His exercise routines are extremely efficient and fun. I used to take crossfit and was getting injured often. With Doug I've never got hurt. He is a real pro and great trainer.

Doug is an amazing trainer. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and informative. I've had trainers that I swear wanted to kill me but I've never felt that way with Doug, and yet I still get a great workout and amazing results.
