Amazing service, I called for a pickup order around closing time to ask if they had the Hunter x Love Shack Fancy Rain boots since they sold out everywhere and they told me they did So I called again next day morning to reserve the boots and everything went smoothly! Now thankfully I have the boots I want on my ACTUAL size since the one I bought online wasn’t my size 💔. But now I’m every happy thanks to the amazing employees!!! 😌

Horrible service! Literally just called to see if they had a shoe in stock, got left on hold for 15 minutes, they hung up on me instead of saying “no i’m sorry we’re sold out” called again a total pf 7 times because they kept hanging up. Finally answered to be put on hold again. Journeys do better, I know this is Bobby’s district, teach your employees to be able to day “I’m sorry we sold out” instead of hanging up. Will be shopping at Pinky’s district more for sure, better service, better basic “yes or no” answers.

Lashanda was top notch with customer service. She had suggestions that made sense and simply making you feel that I was not bothering her with my questions! Honestly very refreshing and lovely!

The worst store. We came to buy shoes for the child at school, chose a model, but our size was not in the store. The seller said that we can order online and assured us that our size is on the website. Together with the seller, we made an online order. I paid. 8 days have passed, my order has never been delivered! When I started writing to the support service, they was told that my order was canceled and that they sent me an email. As a result, I found this email in the spam folder!!! When I called the hotline, I waited 40 minutes on the line to get my money back - they was told that I had to wait 5 weeks!!!! Seriously? I waited for my order for 8 days without receiving it. And now I have to wait my money back for 5 weeks?! Disgusting service! I have already contacted my lawyer, and I will sue you!
