They don’t return the shoe if it is bought other store. They sold the used shoe.

Very very bad customer service including manager. They told they r not suppose to take any return if it is bought from other store. Reason to return was they packed and gave to kids hand some one used shoe. But they didn’t admitted their fault.

Tried on a pair of vans. Didn't like them because the laces were too small and I could barely tie them. Anyway, I went to hand the box over back to the Young lady that brought them out for me. I expected to hand in her hand except she was preoccupied with her cell phone texting away and not even acknowledging me. So I placed it on the register behind her and said thank you. Even then no response. This generation is screwed! You can't make it there, You can't make it anywhere. So unprofessional! 12/8/2018 7:45pm. I'm only giving it 2 stars because her colleague was helpful. Wish i would have got her name.

Horrible service. If it weren't for my immediate need, I would have not made purchase. Not 1 representative of the store was cordial or professional. I literally just left the store and I am fuming at the poor customer service

VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Talks bad about other customers in front of other customers. Is that what you're taught to do? I was running errands in KP and happened to pass by the area and saw the pair of shoes that I wanted for a while. Since I could spare 30 min, I looked over and thought maybe I should try it on and see which ones looked better on me. Tried them both on, liked them both but didn't know which one to get. Thought about getting both but why bother getting both when they look the same but just one with platforms and the other without? So I wanted to think about it carefully before purchasing but I had a reservation somewhere else in an hour so I gave back the boxed pair of shoes to the man who helped us and I said, "thank you". He gave me mad attitude and said "you're welcome" then quietly said, "Wasting my time" in front of other customers, as I turned around to walk away. Of course, I just ignored it because there's no point arguing with ignorant people and I had places to be. If I didn't feel bad about not purchasing the pair of shoes when making you look for a size for me, I would have just left the box there rather than bringing it up to you. I had the courtesy of bringing it up to you so you don't have to walk over to the seating area to bring it back into the storage room, shouldn't you do the same and be more mindful of what you say? It looks bad on you and towards others listening to you. If you feel annoyed by helping one person search for one pair of shoe, then this isn't the job for you. & If you're just doing it for the money, at least work up to it. If you have complaints, do it with other coworkers, helps release some stress and more professional than to do it in front of customers. But I guess I shouldn't expect much since it is Kings Plaza. I hardly go to Kings Plaza because I heard of how bad the service is almost everywhere, and they were right.

I ordered a pair of sneakers, I received the confirmation that they were delivered to the store. I called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes. After holding on the person never came back to explain to me if they received my order or not. The rep who answered the phone at the kings plaza location was very nasty and his intentions was to leave me on hold for a long time. I will never shop from this store again. Get associates who is willing and want to work with a positive attitude.

I love shopping at Journeys but I guess I will stick to shopping online. I called the location at Kings Plaza earlier just to ask if they had a certain sneaker in my daughters size and I was told they did not by a "John" that works there. I then asked if they had it in another color and he rudely said..." Well, you didn't ask for that color" ....I got so turned off and I said "Nevermind...TY" and he hung up in my face. I called back and asked him for his name and he said "John" and again hung up on me. You shouldn't hire people to work with customers that are rude and have no patience. This person is trash. I'm a manager of a non profit and I'd be damned if my reps treated customers the way he treated me. They will get fired on the spot.
