The reviews are true: they will ring up items twice, especially produce. occasionally they’ll say they need a “price check” and then charge you more too. Is it so serious that they need to scam people out of a few dollars? watch them ring you out carefully but otherwise the selection is decent and it’s not too busy.

Really bad customer service! Cashiers are rude and disrespectful to your face. Manager watches and does not care at all. Only see you as money. Watch for your receipt. They always over charge you for something!!

Prices for most items are cheaper elsewhere. I also had to put back 6 items due to best by dates.

The staff sometimes make up their own prices. I bought a drink for 6.99 one day and then the next day they charged 3.89 for the same drink. If items don’t have a price tag, they will literally just punch in whatever number sounds right. Definitely make sure to price check everything on your own. I don’t think they’re trying to scam anyone but the people here aren’t very careful and this happens almost every time I shop here. I don’t trust how much the staff say things are because I don’t think they actually know. Most importantly, there’s no way to keep them accountable. So whatever price they think is right will be added to your receipt if you choose to buy the item— and who’s going to tell them they’re wrong? There’s no price tag to confirm anything smh
Other than that, the produce is pretty good and they keep their items well stocked. It’s just kinda expensive to shop here and the whole thing about the prices makes my experience a little meh.

As soon as you walk into Key Food, you can feel the positive energy. The staff is super nice and always ready to assist. The food is consistently organic and fresh. It's impossible not to adore it.

Well stocked and exceptional customer service ! I had a manufacturers coupon that wasn't working but the manager was able to help me take off the amount on the product. It's been challenging for me to find it in stores anywhere so this rlly made my day.

Convenient, well stocked, friendly, clean. But checkout is a problem—double scans, discounts not applied, etc. They’re trying to be fast when there are lines but you end up paying more for it.

Great location great store ! 50 years of service in our local community and that's something to be proud of honestly! Ill thinkers for the current this is a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rate establishment real talk!!
