The majority of the staff here, mostly men, are some of the creepiest individuals you will have the misfortune of having to deal with. These guys are WORSE than catcallers on the street corners, because they DONT KNOW WHEN TO STOP. Workers stopping and staring before I have to look back at them or shake my head before they turn away, standing over and looking down at me behind the counter while I browse the food, many, MANY uncomfortable experiences I’ve had with shelvers watching me while I try and pick out food, whispering and gesturing to each other, making comments, etc., this place is an actual hell hole for any women customers.Women, DO NOT come here and spend your hard earned money. It’s an absolute joke that I go and work a regular job, pay bills and taxes, and spend inflated amounts of money here and given 0 respect in return. I will absolutely not be returning back to this store anymore.I would suggest anyone to go to Food Emporium instead, only a few blocks away and the workers are much better behaved (and cheaper prices too).Shame on whoever is running this place. So many bad apples here. I grew up with a Key Foods in the neighborhood and it was never like this. I will let corporate know about my experiences.

Repeating what others have said: items are routinely not rung up as what they appeared to cost on the shelves. I have to memorize everything thats on sale that im buying so that I can defend it at the register. Whenever this happens the cashier has to fetch someone to investigate the sale on my behalf and i have to hold up a line. It sucks for everyone involved.I once was expressing frustration about this happening to an employee and they told me it was because the self-checkout lines do not register sales prices. Uh, why not?I have since only ever used an actual cashier but the problem remains. I still have to "defend" the prices and scrutinize the costs at the cash register.Convenient store though! Always clean!

been shoping here for more then a decade... lots of problems...but tonight it hit me hard...it still smells so bad!, they were mopping & the mop-up smelled disgusting. why use a product that smells so horrible. it is so unappetizing in a place that sells food! ...at least the employees are all very nice & helpful...

Theirs a stock woman with glasses & tan skin who is ALWAYS extra Nasty! I understand that unpacking a shipment to restock inventory is absolutely necessary. However, I was shopping & I said “excuse me” so I could pass through the aisle, she gave me dirtiest look & then said, “you could’ve went around”. When I mentioned this to Victor the manager, he looked like he could care less & continued to eat his bagel. Is this how customers should be treated ?!

I’m convinced every employee is being held hostage against their will.I ask basic questions, even from the managers and they seem terrified and confused and only answer in short replies lol! And just to clarify, I speak Spanish fluently so it’s not a language issue.Otherwise it’s a very nice and clean store, ironically the back-end workers are much friendlier and helpful than the cashiers and managers.Some things are more expensive than small or local grocery stores like Mr Coco, which is down the street.

I'm livid right now hence the negative review. 12/10/2022 @ about 1130 am I went to return Cheez It Four Cheeses I purchased on 12/09/2022 because the crackers tasted metalic. I spoke to Customer Service and Customer Service passed me off to another staff member that was managing the checkout lines. Both refused to give me a credit or allow me to exchange the product because I had already eaten some of it.According to my receipt I have within 14 days to return any item I'm not satisfied with for a refund. Staff kept repeating that because I opened the box, ate some of it, they can't take it back. They don't get any money from me returning an opened box. I said I don't care what you don't get back.I kept reiterating my receipt doesn't say that. It is false advertisement if you refuse to honor what it says on my receipt that I can get a refund. I was not aware that you couldn't return an opened item. Shoppers open and return items all the time if they are not satisfied. I've seen people return opened items and see staff just repackage that item and put it back out for sale!Being a regular and outstanding customer, I asked can you not just do me this one courtesy and let me return and/or exchange the item. The checkout staff person refused and told me to come back and talk to the Manager tomorrow 12/11/2022. I'm going to speak to the Manager tomorrow but I'm also going to call Corporate. This is unacceptable. I want a refund, an apology and they need to update their refund policy on their receipts.

Almost all the food I got there was either already spoiled/moldy, or went bad literally the next day. Wasted so much money going there. Would not recommend

was a regular customer got several times expired food then yesterday they refused to return a $3.5 expired cup cake that almost got me sick from tasting it , the same guy I bought from 36 hours later saying only 24 hours to return

Sometime the meat is no good it's a hit or miss the prices are really expensive they really don't have good sales it's not really for the neighborhood anymore due to gentrification

Everything is double the price. Their sales are regular prices. I walk miles to whole foods, trader joes, and target just to get better deals.I also don't like being stared at as if I'm going to steal something.

Decent store. A bit pricey though. Be very careful when purchasing here. They'll overcharge you for the things they know are promo'd as marked down (yet not ringing up and in their system correctly) and if you're not paying attention to everything as it's rung up, you'll have to come back. Very annoying. I came back after being overcharged on a few occasions (including today) As I was explaining the manager told me she knows the items were ringing up incorrectly. I'm thinking why not fix it or notify the cashiers when ringing. They probably made thousands of dollars off ppl who just haven't checked or didn't wanna burn the gas coming back. This store needs to do better.

Could you please stop doing the replenishment every morning from 6 to 8 am? The noise created by the gigantic and countless trucks and all the shipment are just unendurable. The workers working on this do not seem to care how loud the noise is to the neighbors, especially people living upstairs. Despite having loud noise of replenishment every morning, the food, such as the meat and fish, do not seem to be fresh at all.
