Their food is good. Their meat is fresh and their prices are not so bad on a sales week. The staff are very polite and helpful.

They carry organic brands and have a selection of organic fruits and veggies which is super helpful for this location! Especially since a train is required to go to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s. Hope they start carrying more organic brands!

I always shop here, and usually I never have an issue. Usually I use self checkout but today I went to the line because I needed bags. The cashier was extremely rude. I said hi, she didn’t respond. She was on her phone and did not start ringing my stuff up until she was done texting or whatever. Then I asked for a bag which she practically flung at me. I had to ask for a second one bc clearly all my items would not fit. I then had to bag all my items on my own. Usually I don’t care to complain but this behaviour was disgusting. 23/07/23 at 7:34 ish, cashier was on aisle 2.

Very expensive items compare to other supermarkets. Most of the items are spoiled or about to be.

While I love the variety of stuff this store carry, their entrance is not accessible AT ALL. They have somewhat of a gate, to stop people from taking their carts out I’ve been told but it’s always locked. A stroller, an opened shopping cart or even a wheelchair can’t fit through the pillars so you need someone to come from the inside to unlock the gate. The few times I’ve gone here, I’m at the mercy of a good samaritan to go inside and get them to unlock it. Then while leaving, they have to follow you out to unlock it again.

Convenient to where my Airbnb was.It has all the essentials from food to basic cleaning and pharmacy.I wish there was a larger salty/savoury snacks aisle because the chips are spread between the end caps of multiple aisles, but other than that, I liked my experience. The staff is super nice and the prices aren't incredibly inflated.

One ofnthe berst supermarket chains in Brooklyn, , meats always fresh, prices are excellent, I saved $70 on $300 worth of food by buying on sale items. Which rotate monthly by brands. The best customer service every store I visited, helpful, courteous staff, one of if not is my favorite food shopping stores. My shopping cart broke this week and they delivered with shopping cart, they don't discriminate hiring, with a diverse staff. They have a wide variety of food brands , fruits, vegetables, breads , everything edible including organic and vegetarian foods and products including milk and meat from plants.

It's gotten a little expensive but moreover it is a supermarket that provides you with what you need when you don't have time to go to ShopRite.

Key foods absolutely sucks, you can go to much nicer stores like target and Trader Joe's for half the price. Everything is ridiculously priced and not a good range of products at all. I've had to walk out twice with nothing because the card readers don't work and the employees will just watch you struggle to try to check out and do nothing to help. I wish these stores would get bought out and replaced with something nicer or that they would literally get banned and torn down. Never catch me here again

This location is a staple in the community of Bushwick. Very gracious staff and ultimately provide the best products you can ask for or want...as well as need. I'm from out of town, so out of towners in this area. Make this location of Key Food Supermarkets your one stop spot. Hands down and you won't be disappointed. By the way the produce is always fresh.

I just got profiled at this store for wearing a hat, baggy jacket, shopping while being Black, and for having a grocery bag that remained on my arm the entire time. I was looking at medjool dates and I literally felt the racist guy in the blue hoodie peering a hole in my head and watching me like a hawk. Then comes a Black guy in plain clothes who I sensed worked there acting like he's on the phone but is pacing up and down. They use these Black LP people to make it seem less obvious that it's racial profiling. I literally felt like I had a target on my back, and the energy was so OFF and WEIRD. I confronted them and the blue hoodie guy blows me off, proceeds to gaslight me, and then tells me that he's the manager of the store and he doesn't really care like that. So, why are working there ruining my shopping experience based on how I look? Seems he has nothing better to do than to be an a**. Good thing I got the interaction on camera and will use it for content. No loss here. This store is overpriced, overcharges you (like many others in this neighborhood), and is not the friendliest. Avoid here if you can.

Really excited to check out this Key food! It is very organized and the prices are within the range one would expect of Key food.It is not very busy and I did not interact with staff due to self checkout. Overall had a great and seamless shopping experience here. Everything I needed was available.

This is the worst grocery store in all of Brooklyn. The food is overpriced, the staff is rude, and several times I’ve found their food to be stale. They leave the discount signs up for weeks at a time long after they’ve expired and then still charge you full price at the register. I’ve been here three times and never had a good experience. Please save your money and go anywhere else.

Nasty and rude new cashier. She should be fired for the way she treats customers. Have shopped here for years but won't be returning from now on.

Deceptive business practices, prices on the barcodes are often 50% higher than the advertised sale price and the employees will not honor the sale price. That combined with the unfit for consumption meats (the packages in the meat department are very frequently ballooned out from bacterial off gassing), poor quality produce, and the store itself literally crumbling makes this place a no go under any circumstances.Take your business to Pioneer or Foodtown or one of the many smaller stores around the area
