There is an error in the schedule on Sundays it does not open at 7, it seems that they have changed the schedule and it has not been updated. I arrived at 7:55 am and it was closed.

When i was scheduling the appointment at this clinic, i was told in a rude manner that if i cancel, they would not reschedule the appointment and would never give me service at this place again. If a client cancels the appointment, the clinic considers this matter being abnormal, but the cleanic can cancel the appointment right before the appointment itself. I still scheduled an appointment with this veterinarian even though she spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. The appointment was in the morning on Tuesday. On Monday, it was confirmed over the phone and via text message. I was on my way to the appointment, and I received a phone call 20 min prior to the appointment that it was canceled. I lost a day of work for the incoppetancy of this place. One of the times that brought my dog for nail triming, the clinic didn't trim all the nails even though I paid for it. Please be aware that this clinic is not reliable.

Horrible service/management. I had recycle my water bottles this past Friday. I had lot of small bags which I can fit in my yellow bag, and I had 2 medium size bags. After I finished putting my bottle in, I pressed the bottom and there was no paper coming out. I told the worker about it and he add the paper in. For some reason, after he put the paper in, there was no paper coming out. I explains to the workers what just happen.Then he ask me to follow him to the manager. He explains what happen and I told her what happen. The manger asked me to came back tomorrow to find a difference manager to fixed it because she doesn't know. I did came back and told the difference manager what happen and she doesn't had a clue and told me to back to asked the manager who was here yesterday. I came back later to the same manager who was there yesterday. She asked one the worker to called the worker who worked last night. At the end she said " You had a yellow bag with you and it not over the amount you said".I don't have a problems believing in employees. The part is that she didn't check the CAMERAS and the worker who worked previous day was not monitor the amount of bags that I had as he was working. I had work hard to find the bottle. The manager didn't do anything and thinks I am a liar which I didn't lie.I will never come back here again to recycle as the machine that always keep broken and this was my final straw because they unable to fixed the problems. So anyone who want to recycle don't come because the machine will become brokens as you put more bottle in and may not print out the paper after they fix it which is the most important paper that allow you to get the money.

This isn’t the first time I buy meat or veggies and it’s rotting two days after purchase and their 24 hours return is disgusting and a waste.. if you have have meat that says 5 days and it’s been not even 3 it should not be brown and smelly like rotting meat . I should have followed reviews from the people in the neighborhood to not buy meat from here again .

What a shame,I come to this key food for over 15 years.I never had issues or age discrimination,until today. Today,New russian speaking girl was at a cash register, with very loud voice.She put all products that I purchased like a mess in a bag,put a bottle on a top of tomatoes, and more.I didn't say anything, I just organized my bag,and when I was leaving ,she told her coworker in Russian language "she is like a retired old retarded women "look how she organizing her bag,"ujas".Sorry for a store owner who hired someone like that.You don't talk behind a costumer, because they may speak same language.
